Description

DieErfindung betrifft ein Wohnhaus, bei welchem die einzelnen. Wohneinheiten in sich abgeschlossen sind, so -d'aß gewissermaßen ein Haus aus mehreren Wohneinheiten besteht. Die Erfindung besteht zunächst darin, daß zu den Wohneinheiten des ersten. und der weiteren Stockwerke je ein separates, innerhalb des -Baukörpers angeordnetes Treppenhaus führt, : während das direkt zugängliche Erd= geschoß mit dem darunter befindlichen- Keller durch eine Treppe verbunden ist. Gegenüber einem bereits vorgeschlagenen Haus .dieser Art, bei welchem die Wahneinheiten jedes.mal aus einer Etage bestehen und bei welchem die einzelnen Treppenhäuser his zum Baden hochgeführt eind,,bringt die Erfindung den Vorteil, daß. das neue Haus. das Aussehen eines normalen Hauses :hat, das nicht durch angebaute Treppenhäuser verunstaltet ist. Ein weiterer Vorteil besteht darin, daß die zur Verfügung stehende Grundstückfläche besser ausgenutzt werden kann, während die einzelnen Wahneinheiten eine beliebige Ausgestaltung erfahren können. Dies bezieht sich in der Hauptsache auf die Raumeinteilung der Wohneinheiten und auf die architektonische GestaItung der Einzelheiten, wie Ausbildung und Anordnung Ader Fenster, Anbringung von Balkonen od. dgl. .The invention relates to a house in which the individual.
