Description

  

  Zusatzpatent zum Hauptpatent     Nr.    100480.    Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen     ehromhalti-en    Farbstoffes.  <B>t> M</B>    Es wurde gefunden,     dass    man einen neuen       ehromhaltigen    Farbstoff herstellen kann,  wenn man den     Azofarbstoff,        welclier        duroh     Vereinigen der     Diazoverbindung    der     1-          Amino-2-o,xynaplitalin-4-sulfosäure    mit dem       1-(3'S,ulfamido)-phenyl-3-methyl-ä-pyrazolon     erhältlich ist, mit     Alkalichromit    in der  Wärme behandelt.

   Der neue     cliromhaltige     Farbstoff bildet ein dunkles Pulver, er löst  sieh in Wasser unter Zusatz von Soda oder  von Natronlauge mit roter Farbe und färbt  aus saurem Bade Wolle sehr gleichmässig  und echt     reinrosa.     



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  Eine Mischung von<B>80</B> Teilen Chrom  oxyd     Cr-O#    (am besten in Form von frisch  gefälltem     Chromhydroxyd),   <B>260</B> Teilen Kali  lauge,<B>100</B> Teilen     Glyz#erin    und 420 Teilen  Wasser wird bis zur vollständigen Lösung  der Bestandteile erhitzt.

   Hierauf versetzt  man mit 2000 Teilen Wasser und<B>525</B> Tei  len des Farbstoffes aus der     Diazaverbindung     der     1-Amino-2-oxyna"phtalin-4-sulfos#Lure    und       1-(3"-Sulfamido)-phenyl-3-me-ffiyl-5-pyrazo-          Ion    und erwärmt so lange, bis der ganze     Farb-          CD            stoff    in seine Chromverbindung übergegan  gen ist.  



  Hierauf verdünnt man mit<B>600</B> Teilen  kaltem Wasser, neutralisiert den     Alkaliüber-          sehuss    mit Salzsäure und salzt den gebildeten  chromhaltigen Farbstoff aus.  



  Derselbe Farbstoff bildet sieh, wenn man  ohne Glyzerin oder mit Natronlauge arbeitet.
