Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen     Wollfarbstoffes.       Es wurde :gefunden,     @dass        man    zu einem       neuenWollfarbstoff        gelangenkann,        wennma.n     den chromhaltigen Farbstoff, der aus dem       A.zofarbstoff    .aus 1 .     2-Dia.zooxyd-4-naphtalin-          sulfosäure    und     a-Naphtol    durch Behandeln  mit     Alkalichromiten    erhalten werden kann,  mit salpetriger Säure behandelt.  



  Der neue Wollfarbstoff     bildet    .ein     s.chwärz-          liches,    .bronzierendes Pulver und färbt Wolle  aus schwefelsaurem Bade schwarz.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  Die     Chromverbindung"die    durch     Kuppeln     von 27,2 Teilen 1 . 2     :di;azooxyd-4-naphtalin-          sulfosaurem        Natrium    und 14.4 Teilen     a-          Naphtol    und Behandeln des so erhaltenen  Farbstoffes mit     Alka.l:ichromiten    erhalten  wird, wird' in 700 Teilen     Wasser    von<B>50'</B> ge  löst.

   Hierauf fügt     man,der    klaren Lösung<B>6,9</B>  Teile Nitrit zu, kühlt und versetzt langsam  mit 270 Teilen 10     %-iger    Schwefelsäure, bis    die Masse     icleutlich    mineralsauer geworden ist.  Es wird noch längere Zeit gerührt, zuerst  unter Kühlung, dann bei :gewöhnlicher Tem  peratur, hernach die     überschüssige    Mineral  säure mit Soda abgestumpft, der Farbstoff  mit 200     Teilen    Kochsalz vollständig ausge  fällt,     filtriert    und getrocknet.
