Abstract
La présente invention concerne un insert de séparation interchangeable (1) pour un séparateur centrifuge (100) comprenant un carter de rotor (2) renfermant un espace de séparation (17) dans lequel est disposé un empilement (19) de disques de séparation, et des première et deuxième portions fixes (3, 4). Une entrée d'alimentation (20) fournit un mélange fluide à l'espace de séparation (17). L'insert comprend en outre une sortie de phase légère (21) et une sortie de phase lourde (22). Ladite entrée d'alimentation (20) est disposée au niveau d'une première extrémité axiale (5) dudit carter de rotor (2). L'une parmi ladite sortie de phase légère (21) et la sortie de phase lourde (22) est disposée au niveau d'une deuxième extrémité axiale (6). Un premier joint rotatif (15) scelle et relie ladite entrée d'alimentation (20) et un deuxième joint rotatif (16) scelle et relie l'une de ladite sortie de phase légère (21) et de la sortie de phase lourde (22).
