Claims (3)
- 한 쪽 끝에 고형물이 배출되는 배출구(21)를 형성하기 위해 바닥방향으로 개방된 환상의 단면으로 이루어진 하우징(1)과, 상기 하우징 내부에 동심원상으로 회전하고 원뿔형이며 횡단면을 기준으로 일(一)자형의 슬러지 유입구(40)가 있는 중공관에 형성된 스크롤(4)과, 드럼모터에 의해 회전 구동되는 드럼(22)과, 슬러지 투입관(7)과, 분리스크레이퍼실(5) 내에서 스크레이퍼 모터(62)에 의하여 회전 운동하며 구동하는 스크레이퍼(6)와, 상기 드럼과 스크롤의 회전속도의 차이를 측정하고 그 속도 차이를 기준 값과 비교한 후 그 편차에 비례하여 조정된 전원을 제어장치(100)로 공급하도록 제어하는 제어부(400)와, 제어부에서 조정된 전원에 의하여 구동되는 스크롤모터(101)로 구동하는 상기 스크롤로 구성된 슬러지 고액분리기에 있어서,상기 슬러지 투입관(7)은 위치조정이 가능하도록 구성되고, 상기 하우징 상, 하부에는 세척액 투입구(80) 및 세척액 배출구(81)가 구비되고, 상기 드럼(2)의 내부는 조립 또는 용접에 의해 형성된 갈빗대 형상의 드럼리브(23)를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 슬러지 고액 분리기.
- 제 1항에 있어서,드럼은 브리넬 경도(Brinell hardness) 245인 AISI 414인 재질을 사용하고, 스크롤은 AISI 304 또는 AISI 316 또는 DUPLEX(AVESTA 2205)인 재질을 사용하며, 스크롤의 끝부분(벽에 고정되어 마모가 발생하는 부분)은 텅스텐카바이드(Tungsten Carbide)로 표면처리되고, 스크롤의 날개 끝부분은 스텔라이트(stellite)로 표면처리된 재질로 만들어진 것을 특징으로 하는 슬러지 고액분리기.
