Abstract

Il est décrit une méthode de pressage synchrone de graines oléagineuses et de raffinage dhuile en phase solide comprenant létape (A) dobtention de graines oléagineuses prétraitées en effectuant un prétraitement à la chaleur sur les graines oléagineuses. Le prétraitement à la chaleur est complété lorsque la température des graines oléagineuses se trouve entre 120 C et 160 C. Létape (B) est celle de lobtention dun mélange en combinant les graines oléagineueses prétraitées obtenues à létape (A) avec un agent daffinage de phase solide, dans lequel une quantité de lagent daffinage de phase solide varie entre 0,5% et 2% de la quantité de graines oléagineuses et un contenu en eau des graines oléagineuses varie entre 2% et 5% massique. Létape (C) consiste en un pressage physique du mélange et en lobtention dune huile pressée finie et dun gâteau de filtration, au moyen du filtrage. Le pressage physique et le raffinage des graines oléagineuses dans la présente invention sont complétés de manière simultanée, ce qui élimine le pressage traditionnel, le dégommage, la désadification et toute autre étape lourde de traitement de lhuile.
