Abstract
La présente invention concerne des constructions améliorées de LAMP comprenant des fragments spécifiques du domaine luminal LAMP pour administrer des antigènes à des cellules immunitaires en vue d'un traitement amélioré. Les constructions LAMP de l'invention peuvent être utilisées pour le traitement de maladies et, en particulier, d'allergies, d'une maladie infectieuse, du diabète, de troubles hyperprolifératifs et/ou du cancer. Les constructions améliorées de LAMP permettent la présentation d'épitopes tridimensionnels correctement configurés pour la production d'une réponse immunitaire lorsqu'ils sont administrés à un sujet. Les constructions améliorées de LAMP peuvent être des molécules multivalentes et/ou peuvent être fournis en tant que partie d'un vaccin multivalent comprenant au moins deux constructions de LAMP. Les constructions améliorées de LAMP de la présente invention peuvent également être utilisées pour générer des anticorps lorsqu'elles sont administrées à un vertébré non humain.
