Abstract
Dans laquaculture dhuîtres, les huîtres sont entreposées dans des contenants cylindriques. Les contenants ont des côtés ouverts (p. ex. maillés) permettant à leau et aux nutriments de circuler. Les contenants sont attachés à chaque extrémité à un système dancrage horizontal, comme une paire de lignes près de la surface de leau. La fixation comprend une connexion rotative permettant aux contenants de rouler. Les contenants comprennent une surface de traction, comme une surface côtelée ou cramponnée, ou une autre surface rugueuse ou ondulée. Cela permet aux contenants dêtre roulés sans les détacher du système dancrage pour le renversement ou le transport. Un dispositif de manipulation de contenants monté sur un bateau comprend une rampe descendant dans leau et une zone dexploitation. La zone dexploitation comprend un bain de décrassement et une surface sur laquelle roulent les contenants, ce qui facilite le renversement. Le dispositif de manipulation de contenants se déplace le long dune ligne de contenants, les lignes dancrages étant tendues par-dessus, levant les contenants et les faisant passer dans la zone dexploitation tour à tour.
