Abstract
L'objet de l'invention concerne un dispositif de montage de rails (10) pour fixer des rails de chemin de fer (12) à des traverses en béton armé (14), lequel dispositif (10) comporte un premier état de non-fixation de rail (12) et un second état de fixation de rail (12), et lequel dispositif (10) contient un élément d'ancrage (18) fixé à la traverse en béton armé (14) pourvue d'une pièce de support ouverte ou fermée (16), et une plaque de serrage de rail (20) partiellement ou entièrement entourée par la pièce de support (16) de l'élément d'ancrage (18); l'invention est caractérisée en ce que la plaque de serrage de rail (20) est une plaque plate flexible, et dans le premier état du dispositif de montage de rail (10), la plaque de serrage de rail (20) est disposée à un certain angle par rapport au plan supérieur (22) de la traverse en béton armé (14) de telle sorte que la distance entre la première extrémité de la plaque de serrage de rail (20) la plus proche du rail (12) et le plan supérieur (22) de la traverse en béton armé (14) est inférieure à la distance entre la seconde extrémité de la plaque de serrage de rail (20) la plus éloignée du rail (12) et le plan supérieur (22) de la traverse en béton armé (14), et dans le second état du dispositif de montage de rail (10), la plaque de serrage de rail (20) est fixée à l'élément d'ancrage (18) de telle sorte que sa première extrémité est posée sur la base (12a) du rail (12) et la forme de la plaque de serrage de rail (20) est une courbe convexe vue depuis la direction du plan supérieur (22) de la traverse en béton armé (14). L'invention concerne également un procédé de fixation de rails de chemin de fer (12) à des traverses en béton armé (14).
