Plus particulièrement, l'invention concerne un dispositif permettant de réaliser un traitement d'un ongle de pied ou de la main.
Une application particulièrement intéressante d'un tel dispositif concerne le traitement d'un ongle affecté d'une mycose.
Il est connu que le traitement des mycoses des ongles s'effectue en appliquant une solution filmogène sous la forme d'un vernis sur la surface à traiter. Une solution de traitement particulièrement efficace pour le traitement de ces infections est commercialisée sous la dénomination Locéryl .
L'application de cette solution nécessite de bien nettoyer, et de limer la zone atteinte de l'ongle ; le nettoyage pouvant s'effectuer avant et/ou après le limage. On applique alors la solution filmogène à
l'aide d'un applicateur sur la totalité de l'ongle atteint. Il convient alors de nettoyer l'applicateur et de refermer hermétiquement le flacon contenant la solution.
Lors du traitement, on utilise une lime et une spatule servant respectivement à limer la zone atteinte et à appliquer la solution sur l'ongle.
Comme on le conçoit, lorsque l'on lime la zone atteinte au moyen de la lime, celle-ci est susceptible d'être souillée par la zone atteinte. Tel est également le cas de la spatule.
C'est la raison pour laquelle les solutions filmogènes, et en particulier le produit commercialisé sous la dénomination Locéryl sont commercialisées sous la forme d'un kit comportant plusieurs limes et plusieurs applicateurs jetables.
Toutefois, ce conditionnement ne permet pas un traitement et une application aisée de la solution.

réduite.
Le but de l'invention est donc de pallier cet inconvénient et de fournir un dispositif d'application d'un produit permettant un traitement plus aisé d'une surface à traiter.
L'invention a donc pour objet, selon un premier aspect, un dispositif d'application d'un produit de traitement sur une surface à
traiter, qui comprend une lime destinée à limer la surface à traiter, un applicateur destiné à prélever une quantité de produit et à l'appliquer sur la surface à traiter, et un manche équipé de ladite lime et dudit applicateur pour manipuler ledit dispositif.
Dans un mode de réalisation, la lime est montée de manière amovible sur le manche.
La lime peut à cet égard être fixée sur le manche au moyen d'une colle de type colle repositionnable.
La lime peut encore être réalisée sous la forme d'une feuille abrasive, le manche comportant des encoches de maintien de ladite feuille.
Dans un autre mode de réalisation, la lime est intégrée au manche, le manche comportant alors en surface une zone abrasive délimitant ladite lime.
L'applicateur peut encore être monté de manière amovible sur le manche, par exemple à l'aide de moyens d'encliquetage.
Par exemple, les moyens d'encliquetage sont conformés de manière à maintenir l'applicateur dans une première direction correspondant à une direction de manipulation de l'applicateur lors de l'application du produit et à libérer l'applicateur dans une autre direction distincte de la première direction.

A particularly interesting application of such device relates to the treatment of a nail affected by a mycosis.
It is known that the treatment of nail fungus by applying a film-forming solution in the form of a varnish on the surface to be treated. A treatment solution particularly effective for the treatment of these infections is marketed under the name Loceryl.
The application of this solution requires good cleaning, and file the affected area of the nail; cleaning can be done before and / or after filing. The object of the invention is therefore, according to a first aspect, a device for applying a treatment product on a surface to treated, which includes a file intended to file the surface to be treated, a applicator for taking a quantity of product and applying it on the surface to be treated, and a handle equipped with said file and said applicator for manipulating said device.
In one embodiment, the file is mounted so removable on the handle.

In Figure 1, there is shown a top view of a device for applying a treatment product on a surface to treat, designated by general reference 1.
In the exemplary embodiment envisaged, this device 1 is intended for the treatment of foot fungus or hand fungus by means of a film-forming solution of Loceryl type.
As seen in this figure, the device 1 comprises essentially: a handle 2 made in the form of a bar longitudinal preferably ergonomic; an applicator 3 made in the form of a perforated spatula provided at one end 4 WO 2009/156682

opposée 10 délimitant une queue venant s'encliqueter dans un logement axial 11 prévu au niveau de l'extrémité 4 du manche 2.
Pour le maintien amovible de la spatule 3, la paroi périphérique du logement 11 et la queue 10 comportent un ou plusieurs bourrelets et l'autre un ou plusieurs logements correspondants, dans lequel s'engage un bourrelet. Dans l'exemple illustré, la queue 10 de la spatule 3 comporte des logements latéraux 12, ici au nombre de deux, tandis que la paroi du logement 11 comporte un bourrelet périphérique 13.
On notera que les moyens d'encliquetage de la spatule dans le manche sont adaptés pour assurer un maintien de la spatule tout en autorisant son dégagement sous l'action d'un faible effort.
Mais l'on ne sort pas du cadre de l'invention lorsque les moyens d'encliquetage sont autrement agencés. On peut également utiliser d'autre moyens de fixation amovibles aux lieu et place des moyens d'encliquetage.

Il serait toutefois possible, en variante, de prévoir un tel kit qui comporte une unique spatule montée sur un manche et un ensemble de limes ou, selon encore une autre variante, une unique lime et un ensemble de spatules jetables.
Toutefois, le mode de réalisation selon lequel la lime et la spatule constituent chacune un élément jetable est avantageux dans la mesure où il permet d'éviter toute contamination.
On notera cependant qu'on ne sort pas du cadre de l'invention lorsque la spatule ou la lime sont fixées de manière amovible par encliquetage, collage, ou tout autre moyen, sur le manche, ou intégrées à celui-ci.
On pourra à cet égard, par exemple, réaliser la lime sous la forme d'une zone de surface abrasive du manche.
On pourra ainsi prévoir un traitement de surface du manche, chimique ou mécanique, en fonction de la rugosité à obtenir, en particulier lorsque le manche est réalisé en verre ou en matériau plastique. Le manche ainsi sera de préférence réalisé à partir d'un matériau suffisamment rigide afin de permettre de traiter les surépaisseurs des ongles pour au moins 400 applications.

Le dispositif qui vient d'être décrit s'utilise de la façon suivante.
En se référant tout d'abord à la figure 6, lors d'une première étape, il convient tout d'abord, après nettoyage, de limer la zone atteinte de l'ongle, au moyen de la lime 5. Il convient alors simplement d'insérer le manche 2, par son extrémité 4, dans un flacon F contenant une solution à appliquer (figure 7) de manière à prélever une quantité de produit. On procède alors à l'application du produit au moyen de la spatule (figure 8). Dans l'exemple de réalisation illustré
aux figures 1 à 5, après utilisation, on procède alors au remplacement de la lime et de la spatule usagées.
L'invention procure donc un dispositif permettant un traitement aisé et efficace d'une surface à traiter et ce, de façon particulièrement hygiénique.
On notera en particulier que, grâce à la longueur du manche, les ongles de pied peuvent facilement être traités sans avoir à se courber exagérément.
On notera enfin que l'invention n'est pas limitée au mode de réalisation décrit.

Device for applying a treatment product on a nail to be treated, characterized in that it comprises a file (5) intended to file the surface to be treated, an applicator (3) intended to take a amount of product and apply it to the surface to be treated, and a handle (2) equipped with said file (5) and said applicator (3) for manipulate said device, the file and the applicator being respectively mounted on two opposite ends of the handle.
