Abstract

The device has a refill (5) comprising a solid mass (7) of a cosmetic product. A removable connection part (8) of the refill is mounted on a gripper (3). Par produit cosmétique, on entend ici un produit tel que défini dans la Directive 93/35/CEE du Conseil du 14 juin 1993. On connaît par FR 2 943 225 un dispositif de conditionnement et d'application d'une composition cosmétique de soin et/ou de maquillage, destinée à être appliqué sur les cils, sourcils ou cheveux. Ce dispositif vise notamment l'application d'un mascara. Ce dispositif comporte une brosse cylindrique d'application du produit cosmétique, dont les poils sont partiellement noyés dans la masse solide de produit cosmétique. Une telle brosse est mal adaptée pour l'application de produits tels que des gels coiffants. FR 2 927 783 décrit un dispositif de conditionnement et de distribution d'un produit cosmétique se présentant sous la forme d'un pain, par exemple un mascara. Le dispositif comprend des dents faisant saillie au-delà de la surface libre du pain. Ce pain est déplaçable le long d'une cheminée, à la manière d'un rouge à lèvres, de telle sorte que l'utilisatrice peut faire sortir le pain sur une longueur adéquate pour l'application du produit cosmétique. La formule du gel est généralement grasse et collante, de telle sorte qu'il est nécessaire de se laver les mains après application. Un tel gel ne peut donc être appliqué que dans un local disposant d'un point d'eau, par exemple une salle de bains. Ainsi, il n'est en général possible d'appliquer le gel que le matin, et son application à d'autres moments de la journée est extrêmement difficile du fait qu'on ne dispose pas nécessairement d'un point d'eau pour se laver les mains. Dans ce contexte, l'invention vise à proposer un dispositif de conditionnement et d'application d'au moins un produit cosmétique, qui soit bien adapté à une application sur les cheveux, et qui soit confortable d'utilisation. A cette fin, l'invention porte sur un dispositif de conditionnement et d'application du type précité, caractérisé en ce que la recharge de produit cosmétique comporte un support ayant une surface de support sensiblement plane sur laquelle est fixée la masse solide de produit cosmétique, la liaison amovible liant le support à l'organe de préhension.
