    - is arranged inside the epilation chamber (12) in order to flush with the epilation window (14),
    - is rotationally driven about an axis Δ by the transmission means (5), the axis Δ being parallel to the longitudinal edges (20, 21),
    - comprises a series of clips that open and close as the epilation cylinder (13) rotates about the axis Δ,
    - the means (15) to define angular sectors, around the axis Δ, for the opening and closing of the clips of the epilation cylinder (13),
    characterised in that the epilation cylinder (13) comprises at least a contact surface with the skin made of a material featuring a friction coefficient on skin ranging from 0.37 to 0.72, and preferably of 0.58, the friction coefficient between the material and the skin being defined by the ratio of friction force to normal force, the material of the epilation cylinder (13) being polyformaldehyde (POM) charged with polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE).
  2. Electric epilation device according to claim 1, characterised in that the material of the epilation cylinder (13) comprises antibacterial agents.
  3. Electric epilation device according to any one of the claims 1 to 2, characterised in that the epilation head (10) comprises a shutter (25) rotationally mobile with respect to said axis Δ that defines at least one mobile longitudinal edge (21) of the epilation window (14), and that comprises a support heel (26) on the surface to undergo epilation extending beyond the mobile longitudinal edge (21) on the opposite side of the epilation window (14) and defining a contact surface (S) with the surface of skin that is to be epilated, the support heel (26) comprises on the opposite side of the mobile longitudinal edge a support cylinder (30) on the epilation surface rotationally mobile about an axis Ω parallel to the axis Δ and characterised in that the support cylinder (30) is made of acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS).
