Claims (10)

  1. Electrical heating and application device for products contained in receptacles, notably depilatory wax, comprising an applicator device and a casing (20, 22), the applicator device comprising a receptacle (10) of heat-conducting material, in which is situated the product to be heated, notably a depilatory wax, being present in the form of a rechargeable block (12), this receptacle (10) being provided, in its upper part, with an application head (14) having an equalizing roller (16), said receptacle being so shaped that it can be positioned, when the applicator device is not in use, in the casing (20, 22) provided with heating means (24, 36) so constructed as to assure a reheating to the softening temperature of the product, such as the block of depilatory wax (12) seated in said receptacle (10), characterized in that the heating means are realized in such a way as to assure also a reheating to this same softening temperature of the application head (14) with equalizing roller (16), by means of a heating electrical resistor external to the applicator device and coming into position in a seating provided in the application head (14), preferably along the axis of the roller (16) and transmitting the heat energy to a heat storage system situated in the application head (14).
  2. Device according to Claim 1, characterized in that the casing in which said receptacle (10) is positioned is composed of two parts:
    - a body (20) receiving the receptacle in which is positioned the product to be reheated, such as the block of depilatory wax (12), and which comprises at least one heating element such as an electrical resistor (24), disposed around the seating receiving said receptacle (10); and
    - a cover (22) provided with heating means (36), preferably with heat storage, for reheating the application head comprising equalizing roller (16).
  3. Device according to any one of the preceding Claims, characterized in that the heating means (24, 36) are supplied from a rechargeable battery (32), said cover (22) being equipped with contact strips (40, 40') connected to said rechargeable battery, onto which are applied contacts (38, 38') provided for this purpose at the ends of the heating resistor (36), preferably heat accumulator, mounted in the axis of the applicator roller (16).
  4. Device according to any one of the preceding Claims, characterized in that it comprises, in addition, heating means (44) so designed, constructed and disposed as to assure the reheating to the softening temperature of the core of the block of depilatory wax (12) at the same time as the reheating to this same softening temperature of the outer surfaces of said block (12) is carried out.
  5. Heating device according to Claim 4, characterized in that the reheating of the central part or core of the block of wax (12) is performed by means of at least one electrical resistor (44) extending along the entire length of the block and penetrating into the mass of this block.
  6. Heating device according to Claim 4, characterized in that said electrical resistor (44) has the form of a rod, the length of which is close to that of the block of wax (12) and which is seated in an elongate recess of corresponding shape provided in the receptacle (42) in which the block of wax is positioned, the block of wax having also a longitudinal recess in such a manner as to adapt to the corresponding shape of the receptacle (42).
  7. Heating device according to one of Claims 4 or 5, characterized in that said heating resistor (44) as well as its supply conductors (48, 26) are seated in the body (20) of the casing, in which is provided the seating intended for receiving the applicator device (10) during its reheating.
  8. Heating device according to any one of the preceding Claims, characterized in that the block of wax (12') and also the receptacle of the applicator device (10) in which it is seated, have a cross-section of cardioid shape, said heating resistor (44') being positioned in the part of the cardioid adjacent to its regression point.
  9. Heating device according to any one of the preceding Claims, characterized in that it comprises several heating resistors (44) for raising the central part or core of the block of wax to a homogeneous temperature corresponding to the softening temperature of the wax, these resistors preferably having axes parallel to the vertical axis of the wax applicator device (10) and being seated in corresponding recesses provided on the different faces of the receptacle, in which the block of wax (12) is seated.
  10. Heating device according to any one of the preceding Claims, characterized in that the slot provided in the application head with heated equalizing roller (16), for the distribution of a thin layer of product such as, notably, depilatory wax, has a width of from 0.10 to 1.5 mm.
