Abstract

An emery board comprises a member of an exemplified synthetic resin material formed with a tapering blade portion and with an integral finger grip portion, a replaceable sleeve of sand paper being push-fitted on to the blade portion. The blade portion may taper in thickness as well as in width and, as in Figure 1 (not shown), is provided with a nail cleaning hook 2. The sleeve is made from a single sheet of paper folded and bonded at adjacent edges, or from two shaped pieces of paper bonded together. Different grades of sand paper may be provided on a single sleeve.
