    · a substance (P) disposed in the inside space, at least part of the second wall (20) being permeable to the substance, the substance being pressed against the second wall (20) by the first wall (10), at least when the first wall (10) is in the second configuration.
  3. An applicator comprising:
    · a first wall (10) that is elastically deformable, at least in part, being capable of taking up a first stable configuration and a second stable configuration;
    · a second wall (20) that is permeable, at least in part, to a substance, and that co-operates with the first wall to define an inside space (30); and
    · a substrate (140) disposed in the inside space, said substrate being suitable for absorbing the substance and for releasing it, the substrate being pressed against the second wall (20) by the first wall (10), at least when the first wall (10) is in the second configuration.
  4. An applicator according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized by the fact that the bodies or the substance are pressed by the first wall against the second wall more strongly when the first wall (10) is in the second configuration than when the first wall is in the first configuration.
  5. An applicator according to any preceding claim, characterized by the fact that at least part of the second wall (20) is elastically deformable.
  6. An applicator according to claim 1, characterized by the fact that at least part of the second wall (20) is permeable.
  7. An applicator according to any preceding claim, characterized by the fact that the first wall (10), when in the first configuration, presents a shape that is generally outwardly convex.
  8. An applicator according to any preceding claim, characterized by the fact that the second wall (20) is secured at its periphery to the first wall.
  9. An applicator according to claim 8, characterized by the fact that the first wall (10) has an annular margin (11; 15) to which the second wall (20) is fastened.
  10. An applicator according to any preceding claim, characterized by the fact that the first wall (10) passes from one configuration to the other by inverting its concave side.
  11. An applicator according to any preceding claim, characterized by the fact that the second wall (20) comprises a net.
  12. An applicator according to claim 1, characterized by the fact that the plurality of bodies (31) comprises beads.
  13. An applicator according to claim 1, characterized by the fact that at least some of the bodies (31) are made of a material that is inert relative to a substance for application.
  14. An applicator according to claim 1, characterized by the fact that at least some of the bodies (31) comprise at least one cosmetically or dermatologically active agent.
  15. An applicator according to claim 1, characterized by the fact that at least some of the bodies (31) present magnetic properties.
  16. An applicator according to claim 1, characterized by the fact that at least one of the bodies (31) comprises a sintered material.
  17. An applicator according to claim 1, characterized by the fact that at least two of the bodies (31) are different.
  18. An applicator according to claim 1, characterized by the fact that at least two of the bodies (31) comprises different active agents.
  19. An applicator according to claim 1, characterized by the fact that the inside space (30) presents a volume that is occupied to at least 50% by the bodies (31) when the first wall (10) is in the first configuration.
  20. An applicator according to claim 1, characterized by the fact that the bodies (31) present a maximum dimension less than or equal to 5 mm, and better less than or equal to 3 mm.
  21. An applicator according to claim 1, characterized by the fact that the plurality of bodies comprises more than about 100 bodies.
  22. An applicator according to any preceding claim, characterized by the fact that it includes a handle member (17) extending the first wall (10).
  23. An applicator according to any preceding claim, characterized by the fact that the second wall (20) is heat-sealed to the first wall (10).
  24. An applicator according to any preceding claim, characterized by the fact that it includes a cap (40) for closing the inside space (30).
  25. An applicator according to the preceding claim, characterized by the fact that the cap (40) houses a supply of substance (P).
  26. An applicator according to either one of the two immediately preceding claims, characterized by the fact that the cap (40) presents a shape that is substantially hemispherical.
  27. An applicator according to the preceding claim, characterized by the fact that the cap (40), when in place, co-operates with the first wall (10) to form a shape that is substantially spherical.
  28. An applicator according to claim 1 or claim 2, characterized by the fact that the second wall (20) is not elastically deformable.
  29. An applicator according to claim 1, characterized by the fact that the second wall (20) is configured in such a manner as to allow at least one of the bodies (31) to come into contact with the surface being treated, but without that allowing the body to pass fully through the second wall.
  30. An applicator according to claim 3, characterized by the fact that the substrate presents a cellular structure.
  31. An applicator according to claim 3, characterized by the fact that the substrate presents a fibrous structure.
  32. An applicator according to claim 30, characterized by the fact that the substrate comprises a foam or a sponge.
  33. An applicator according to clam 3, characterized by the fact that the substrate is impregnated with a cosmetic or care product.
  34. An applicator according to claim 2, characterized by the fact that the substance impregnates a substrate (140) present in the inside space (30).
  35. A kit comprising an applicator as defined in claim 1 or claim 3, together with a substance for applying to the skin, to the mucous membranes, to the nails, or to hair with said applicator.
  36. A method of applying a substance to the skin, the method including the following steps:
    · bringing the surface to be treated into contact with the second wall of an applicator as defined in any one of claims 1 to 33, the first wall (10) being in the second configuration.
  37. A method according to the preceding claim, characterized by the fact that, prior to application, the first wall (10) is taken by the user from the first configuration to the second configuration.
  38. A method according to claim 36, characterized by the fact that, after application, the first wall (10) is returned by the user to the first configuration.
