Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de composants en alliage à base de nickel et des composants ainsi fabriqués, qui ont en particulier des propriétés mécaniques améliorées par rapport aux solutions classiques. On peut produire ces composants sous la forme la plus différenciée. Dans la production, un noyau de substrat en nickel ou en alliage à base de nickel (au moins 20 % de nickel, en poids) reçoit un revêtement de surface avec un agent de liaison et une poudre métallique (au moins 20 % de nickel) ainsi que d'autres éléments de formation d'alliage. On conduit ensuite un traitement thermique par échelons, dans lequel l'agent de liaison est expulsé en premier, puis on conduit un frittage de la poudre métallique réalisant l'alliage pour le noyau considéré et/ou donnant un revêtement de surface solide en alliage à base de nickel.
