Abstract
L'invention concerne un appareil destiné à la fermeture sous vide d'un sac en plastique et/ou d'un récipient, ainsi qu'un procédé de commande de cet appareil. Ledit appareil comprend un boîtier supérieur renfermant une partie concave supérieure, un boîtier inférieur renfermant une partie concave inférieure, une chambre à vide formée par contact étroit entre la partie concave supérieure et la partie concave inférieure de sorte qu'une partie d'ouverture au niveau d'une extrémité du sac en plastique soit insérée dans la chambre à vide, une pompe à vide destinée à produire un vide dans la chambre à vide, ainsi qu'un dispositif de chauffage permettant de thermosouder le sac en plastique mis sous vide au niveau de sa partie avant. Le procédé consiste à faire descendre le boîtier supérieur sur le boîtier inférieur de manière à actionner conjointement un premier interrupteur et un second interrupteur, lesdits premier et second interrupteurs étant disposés en saillie sur la surface de contact entre le boîtier supérieur et le boîtier inférieur, et connectés à une unité de commande numérique, puis à actionner la pompe à vide et le dispositif de chauffage dans un ordre séquentiel par commande de l'unité de commande numérique de sorte que le sac en plastique soit mis sous vide dans un mode "sac en plastique".
