Claims (24)
- 封止装置を制御する方法であって、
第1のセンサを用いて、封止装置の少なくとも1つの加熱封止部材の第1の温度を動的に検知するステップと、
第1の温度に対する第1の検知値に基づいて、調整可能な封止時間および調整可能な待機時間に対する第1の値を決定するステップと、
調整可能な封止時間は、加熱封止部材を駆動して、容器を封止するために予定した温度まで加熱するために必要な第1の期間を含み、調整可能な待機時間は、容器を封止した後、加熱封止部材を冷却するために必要な第2の期間を含み、
調整可能な封止時間に対して決定された第1の値で特定される期間、加熱封止部材に駆動制御信号を供給するステップと、
調整可能な封止時間および調整可能な待機時間の経過後、封止表示灯を消灯させるステップとを有し、
加熱封止部材の第1の温度に対する複数の第1の値、ならびに第1の温度に対する複数の第1の値に対応する調整可能な封止時間および調整可能な待機時間に対する複数の値が、参照テーブルに格納されていることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法であって、
参照テーブルは、交流電源のための温度、封止時間、および待機時間の複数の値に対応することを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法であって、
参照テーブルは、直流電源のための温度、封止時間、および待機時間の複数の値に対応することを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法であって、
封止装置内に配置される容器を真空吸引するステップをさらに有することを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法であって、

封封止表示灯が消灯した後、準備完了表示灯を点灯させるステップをさらに有することを特徴とする方法。 - 真空吸引封止装置であって、
少なくとも1つの封止サイクルにおいて、真空吸引封止装置内に配置された真空パッケージ容器を封止するように構成された少なくとも1つの加熱封止部材と、
加熱封止部材の第1の温度を検知するように構成された温度センサと、
第1の温度に対する第1の検知値に基づいて、調整可能な封止時間および調整可能な待機時間に対する第1の値を決定し、調整可能な封止時間に対して決定された第1の値で特定される期間、加熱封止部材に駆動制御信号を供給するように構成された加熱封止部材コントローラとを備え、
調整可能な封止時間は、加熱封止部材を駆動して、容器を封止するために予定した温度まで加熱するために必要な第1の期間を含み、調整可能な待機時間は、容器を封止した後、加熱封止部材を冷却するために必要な第2の期間を含み、
加熱封止部材の第1の温度に対する複数の第1の値、ならびに第1の温度に対する複数の第1の値に対応する調整可能な封止時間および調整可能な待機時間に対する複数の値が、参照テーブルに格納されていることを特徴とする真空吸引封止装置。 - 請求項8に記載の真空吸引封止装置であって、
参照テーブルは、交流電源のための温度、封止時間、および待機時間の複数の値に対応することを特徴とする真空吸引封止装置。 - 請求項8に記載の真空吸引封止装置であって、
参照テーブルは、直流電源のための温度、封止時間、および待機時間の複数の値に対応することを特徴とする真空吸引封止装置。 - 封止装置を制御する方法であって、
第1のセンサを用いて、封止装置の少なくとも1つの加熱封止部材の第1の温度を検知するステップと、
第2のセンサを用いて、封止装置の基部の第2の温度を検知するステップと、
前記少なくとも1つの加熱封止部材の第1の温度が第1の閾値温度より低くないか否か、基部の第2の温度が第2の閾値温度より低くないか否かについて判断するステップと、
前記少なくとも1つの加熱封止部材の第1の温度が第1の閾値温度より低くなく、かつ基部の第2の温度が第2の閾値温度より低くない場合には、すべての真空吸引封止操作キーを無効化して、封止表示灯を点滅させるステップと、
前記少なくとも1つの加熱封止部材の第1の温度が第1の閾値温度より低く、かつ基部の第2の温度が第2の閾値温度より低い場合には、封止表示灯を点灯させて、封止操作サイクルを開始するステップと、
第1の温度に対する第1の検知値に基づいて、調整可能な封止時間および調整可能な待機時間に対する第1の値を決定するステップと、
調整可能な封止時間は、加熱封止部材を駆動して、容器を封止するために予定した温度まで加熱するために必要な第1の期間を含み、調整可能な待機時間は、容器を封止した後、加熱封止部材を冷却するために必要な第2の期間を含み、
調整可能な封止時間および調整可能な待機時間の経過後、封止表示灯を消灯させるステップとを有し、
封止操作サイクルにおいて用いられる加熱封止部材の検知された第1の温度に基づいて駆動制御信号を決定するステップとを有し、
加熱封止部材の第1の温度に対する複数の第1の値、ならびに第1の温度に対する複数の第1の値に対応する調整可能な封止時間および調整可能な待機時間に対する複数の値が、参照テーブルに格納されていることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項11に記載の方法であって、
第1の閾値温度を75℃に選択するステップを有することを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項11に記載の方法であって、
第2の閾値温度を65℃に選択するステップを有することを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項11に記載の方法であって、
封止操作が完了し、封止表示灯が消灯した後、準備完了表示灯を点灯させるステップをさらに有することを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項14に記載の方法であって、
準備完了表示灯は、点灯したとき、緑色光を発することを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項11に記載の方法であって、
封止ボタンが押下されたとき、封止操作サイクルを開始するステップを有することを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項11に記載の方法であって、
真空吸引封止ボタンが押下されたとき、真空吸引封止操作サイクルを開始するステップを有することを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項11に記載の方法であって、
加熱封止部材の第1の温度が第1の閾値温度より低くなく、かつ基部の第2の温度が第2の閾値温度より低くない場合には、すべての真空吸引封止操作キーを無効化して、赤色光の封止表示灯を点滅させることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項11に記載の方法であって、
参照テーブルは、交流電源のための温度、封止時間、および待機時間の複数の値に対応することを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項11に記載の方法であって、

ガスケットの第1および第2の部分を用いて真空封止部を形成するステップと、
ガスケットの第1の部分を用いて、さらに封止装置のトラフに隣接して配置された加熱封止部材に、真空パッケージ容器を接触させるステップとを有し、
ガスケットの第1の部分の第1の幅は、ガスケットの第2の部分の第2の幅より小さいことを特徴とする方法。
