Abstract

Plaque d'acier galvanisé par alliage, produite par formation d'une couche de galvanisation par immersion à chaud sur la surface d'une plaque d'acier, puis par formation d'un alliage. La plaque d'acier possède un potentiel de 850mV ou moins lorsqu'elle est immergée dans un électrolyte sulfate de zinc / chlorure de sodium ou bien la quantité d'électricité passant au moment de l'électrolyse à potentiel constant dans un électrolyte sulfate de zinc / chlorure de sodium à un potentiel de 940mV à 920mV est de 0,5 C/cm?2¿ ou moins. Ladite plaque d'acier possède d'excellentes propriétés d'usinage, en particulier de glissement.
