Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif de craquage catalytique sélectif profond de naphtas ou autres charges d'hydrocarbures. La charge comprenant les hydrocarbures devant être craqués et de la vapeur, dans des proportions bien définies, est premièrement envoyée vers une zone précatalytique (zone 1) d'un réacteur de vapocraquage, de préférence, un réacteur tubulaire. Dans un mode de réalisation préféré, la zone 1, qui contient des perles de matière poreuse légèrement active sur le plan catalytique, telle que du quartz ou du quartz dopé avec Cr-Al, est réglée à une température T¿1?. Le courant de gaz s'écoule ensuite à travers un lit catalytique, dénommé zone II, où la réaction de catalyse a lieu. Cette zone II est réglée à une température T¿2? et renferme un catalyseur du type zéolite, de préférence un catalyseur zéolite ZSM5 ou de préférence encore un catalyseur zéolite hybride. Il est démontré que si l'on augmente de façon modérée la température T¿1? de la zone 1, il est possible d'obtenir une conversion totale améliorée de n-hexane utilisé comme molécule modèle pour huile de naphtes ainsi qu'un rendement amélioré d'oléfines légères (et aromatiques), par rapport au catalyseur zéolite ZSM-5 apparenté. Le rapport éthylène/propylène du produit est étroitement lié à la température T¿1?, si tous les autres paramètres de réaction sont maintenus constants, et peut être modifié de façon importante (de 1,0 à 2,0, par exemple) dans une plage limitée de variation de la température T¿1?.
