Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif de détartrage utilisé afin d'enlever le tartre déposé à l'intérieur d'un générateur de vapeur de type échangeur thermique à calandre et tube, qui comprend un tuyau souple (58) lequel supporte une conduite d'eau à haute pression (91) et peut être déplacé par rapport à des plaques tubulaires, un tube supportant ces plaques, ainsi que des tuyaux de transfert de chaleur et une tête de lavage (60) appliqués au niveau de la pointe du tuyau souple, tuyau dans lequel la cavitation générant des trous de passage (99a, 99b) communiquant avec les conduites d'eau à haute pression sont formés dans la tête de lavage, des bulles d'air étant produites au moment du lavage et une pression d'impact produite lorsque ces bulles éclatent étant propagée de manière à éliminer le tartre sur une grande partie du générateur.
