Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé pour la phosphatisation de surfaces en zinc ou en aluminium à l'aide d'une solution de phosphatisation contenant 0,5 à 2,0 g/l de Zn?2+¿, 0,3 à 2,0 g/l de Ni?2+¿, 0,1 à 0,4 g/l de NH¿2?OH, au moins 3,0 g/l de NO¿3??-¿ et 10,0 à 20,0 g/l de phosphate (calculé comme P¿2?O¿5?). Cette solution est appliquée sur les surfaces par immersion ou par projection à une température allant de 35 à 75 ·C. Le procédé selon l'invention est caractérisé en ce que le temps d'immersion est compris entre 0,5 et 10 minutes et que le temps de projection est compris entre 3 secondes et 5 minutes.
