Abstract
L'invention concerne donc une antenne de couplage connectée à un dispositif d'émission/réception d'ondes électromagnétiques contenant un ou plusieurs condensateurs intégrés. Cette antenne de couplage comprend au moins une spire (24) sérigraphiée sur un support (28) constitué par un substrat diélectrique isolant et comprend également un condensateur sérigraphié sur le support, connecté en parallèle, permettant ainsi de réduire la capacité
fournie par le(s) condensateur(s) intégré(s) dans le dispositif, pour que la capacité résultante forme un circuit résonant avec la spire.
L'invention concerne également le procédé de fabrication d'une telle antenne et l'utilisation de cette antenne dans une carte à puce sans contact ou hybride contact - sans contact.

Claims (11)
1. Antenne de couplage, connectée à un dispositif d'émission / réception d'ondes électromagnétiques contenant un ou plusieurs condensateurs intégrés, ladite antenne de couplage comprenant au moins une spire sérigraphiée sur un support constitué par un substrat diélectrique isolant ;
ladite antenne étant caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend également un condensateur sérigraphié sur ledit support, connecté en parallèle à ladite antenne, permettant ainsi de réduire la capacité fournie par le(s) condensateur(s) intégré(s) dans ledit dispositif, pour que la capacité
résultante forme un circuit résonant avec ladite spire.
ladite antenne étant caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend également un condensateur sérigraphié sur ledit support, connecté en parallèle à ladite antenne, permettant ainsi de réduire la capacité fournie par le(s) condensateur(s) intégré(s) dans ledit dispositif, pour que la capacité
résultante forme un circuit résonant avec ladite spire.
2. Antenne de couplage selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle ledit condensateur est constitué par au moins deux plaques d'encre sérigraphiées, superposées et séparées par une bande isolante d'encre diélectrique également sérigraphiée.
3. Antenne de couplage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle le substrat diélectrique constituant le support est en matière plastique, en papier ou en tissu de verre imprégné de résine thermodurcissable ou réticulable par rayonnement U.V.
4. Antenne de couplage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle l'encre utilisée pour la sérigraphie des spires et des plaques de condensateur est une encre conductrice polymère chargée en éléments conducteurs.
5. Antenne de couplage selon l'une des revendications 2 à 4, dans laquelle ladite bande isolante est constituée d'au moins deux couches d'encre diélectrique, lui permettant d'avoir un pouvoir isolant élevé.
6. Antenne de couplage selon la revendication 5 dans laquelle l'encre diélectrique formant les deux couches de la bande isolante est une encre polymère réticulable par rayonnement U.V.
7. Procédé de fabrication d'une antenne de couplage selon l'une des revendications précédentes caractérisé par le fait qu'il consiste à :
- réaliser un première sérigraphie d'au moins une spire de l'antenne, de la plaque inférieure dudit condensateur, des plots de connexion de ladite antenne à une puce ou un module, et de la connexion de l'antenne à ladite plaque inférieure du condensateur, par dépôt d'encre conductrice sur ledit support, - réaliser une deuxième sérigraphie de la bande isolante dudit condensateur, par dépôt d'encre diélectrique permettant de recouvrir ladite plaque inférieure dudit condensateur, - réaliser une troisième sérigraphie de la plaque supérieure dudit condensateur superposée à ladite bande isolante, et de la connexion de l'antenne à ladite plaque supérieure dudit condensateur.
- réaliser un première sérigraphie d'au moins une spire de l'antenne, de la plaque inférieure dudit condensateur, des plots de connexion de ladite antenne à une puce ou un module, et de la connexion de l'antenne à ladite plaque inférieure du condensateur, par dépôt d'encre conductrice sur ledit support, - réaliser une deuxième sérigraphie de la bande isolante dudit condensateur, par dépôt d'encre diélectrique permettant de recouvrir ladite plaque inférieure dudit condensateur, - réaliser une troisième sérigraphie de la plaque supérieure dudit condensateur superposée à ladite bande isolante, et de la connexion de l'antenne à ladite plaque supérieure dudit condensateur.
8. Carte à puce sans contact constituée d'un support portant au moins une antenne de couplage selon l'une des revendication 1 à 6 reliée à une puce ou un module.
9. Carte à puce sans contact selon la revendication 8, dans laquelle ladite puce ou ledit module ne possède pas de capacité interne.
10. Carte à puce sans contact selon la revendication 8 ou 9, dans laquelle le support est inséré entre deux corps de carte, lesdits corps de carte étant fixés de chaque côté dudit support, permettant ainsi de rigidifier ladite carte à puce.
11. Carte à puce sans contact selon la revendication 10, dans laquelle les corps de carte sont fixés au support de l'antenne par lamination à chaud ou à froid.
