Antecedentes de la invencion
Campo de la invencion
La invencion se refiere al campo de los metodos para realizar dispositivos de identificacion remota, tales como etiquetas para prendas de vestir.
Descripcion de la tecnica relacionada
Durante mucho tiempo se han estado fijando etiquetas y rotulos a prendas de vestir destinadas a minoristas, con el fin de proporcionar al consumidor informacion sobre el precio, la talla y/o las caracterfsticas, asf como con una finalidad antirrobo. Mas recientemente, dichas etiquetas y rotulos han comenzado a incorporar en los mismos, dispositivos de identificacion por radiofrecuencia (RFID), con el fin de permitir la deteccion de las prendas de vestir a distancia (por ejemplo, con finalidades relacionadas con inventarios y antirrobo), y/o para permitir leer a distancia informacion referente a la prenda de vestir (tal como el precio). Algunos ejemplos de etiquetas y rotulos RFID aparecen en las patentes U.S. n.° 6.107.920, 6.206.292, y 6.262.692, cuya totalidad es incorporada a la presente memoria como referencia en su totalidad.
En la actualidad, una forma de realizar etiquetas para prendas de vestir, que incorporan dispositivos de seguridad detectables de forma remota (tales como dispositivos RFID) consiste en preimprimir leyendas sobre un suministro de tarjetas. A continuacion, se fija un dispositivo de seguridad, tal como un dispositivo RFID, al suministro de tarjetas. El suministro plano se envfa a unas instalaciones de distribucion local que imprimen las indicaciones especfficas de cada producto sobre el suministro de tarjetas, y a continuacion pliegan la tarjeta para producir una etiqueta. Observese que el dispositivo de seguridad se encuentra bajo las leyendas preimpresas con el fin de evitar desperfectos durante la segunda etapa de impresion.

Los documentos EP 1 538 552 A2 y EP 0 992 930 A2 divulgan unos sistemas de impresion que incluyen una funcionalidad de lectura que permite leer la informacion a partir de un dispositivo RFID que se suministra al sistema de impresion como parte de una etiqueta de RFID prefabricada.
Sumario de la invencion
La presente invencion implica metodos mejorados para realizar dispositivos legibles o detectables de manera remota, tales como etiquetas para prendas de vestir, incluyendo dichas etiquetas dispositivos RFID.
La presente invencion proporciona un procedimiento como se define en la reivindicacion independiente 1. Las formas de realizacion preferidas son definidas en las reivindicaciones dependientes 2 a 6.

Descripcion detallada
La figura 1 muestra etapas de un metodo 210 para realizar una etiqueta RFID, mientras que la figura 2 muestra un sistema 200 para llevar a cabo el metodo 210. En la etapa 212 del metodo, un modulo de lectura 222 interroga a un dispositivo RFID. El dispositivo RFID 222 es uno de entre una serie de dispositivos similares en una banda 224 de dispositivos RFID. El modulo de lectura 222 tiene la capacidad de extraer informacion del dispositivo RFID, tal como un numero de serie del dispositivo. El modulo de lectura 222 esta acoplado a una impresora 226, que utiliza informacion obtenida del modulo de lectura 222 en la impresion de informacion individualizada en un rollo 230 de papel o suministro de tarjetas a partir del cual se fabrican las etiquetas, en la etapa 214. A continuacion, en la etapa 216, los dispositivos RFID se fijan al rollo 230, en una ubicacion de fijacion 232. La fijacion se realiza en una ubicacion correspondiente a la impresion de la informacion individualizada que se ha imprimido anteriormente en el rollo 230. En la fijacion de los dispositivos RFID al rollo
230 puede utilizarse un adhesivo sensible a la presion (PSA).
El metodo 210 y el sistema 220 permiten la interrogacion de los dispositivos RFID para proporcionar informacion correcta para la impresion de la informacion individualizada. Se han omitido otras etapas del metodo 210, por 5 ejemplo, etapas que implican la impresion de informacion generica, la inspeccion de la informacion imprimida, el plegado, la laminacion, y/o el corte.

Metodo (210) de realizacion de una etiqueta RFID, comprendiendo el metodo: proporcionar sobre una banda (224) una serie de dispositivos RFID (222);obtener una informacion de dispositivo de un dispositivo RFID de la serie sobre la banda, en el que la obtencion incluye interrogar al dispositivo RFID con un modulo de lectura (222);imprimir una informacion individualizada sobre un rollo (230) del suministro de frontales, en el que la informacion individualizada es por lo menos en parte una funcion de la informacion de dispositivo obtenida del dispositivo RFID; yfijar el dispositivo RFID al rollo de suministro de frontales tras la impresion.
- 2. Metodo (210) segun la reivindicacion 1, en el que el metodo incluye uno o mas procesos de tipo rollo-a-rollo.
- 3. Metodo (210) segun cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores, en el que la etiqueta es una etiqueta para prendas de vestir.
- 4. Metodo (210) segun cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores, que comprende ademas utilizar un adhesivo sensible a la presion para fijar el dispositivo RFID al rollo de suministro de frontales.
- 5. Metodo (210) segun cualquiera de las reivindicaciones anteriores, en el que la informacion de dispositivo comprende un numero de serie del dispositivo RFID.
- 6. Metodo (210) segun la reivindicacion 1, en el que se realiza la impresion mediante una impresora (226) conectada al modulo de lectura (222).
