Abstract

Procédé servant à fabriquer un classeur sous pression (10) en fils métalliques profilés et classeurs sous pression fabriqués au moyen de ce procédé. On place des éléments d'écartement (14) de façon solidaire sur les fils métalliques profilés (12), ces derniers étant groupés à plat et côte-à-côte. On fixe ensuite souplement les fils métalliques profilés (12) les uns aux autres par des moyens de fixation souples, tels qu'une perle de soudure fine (20). On utilise les éléments d'écartement (14) à la place d'éléments de calage discrets et ils viennent en butée contre les fils métalliques profilés (12) avoisinants, ce qui permet d'améliorer la précision dimensionnelle des fentes (48) situées entre les fils métalliques profilés contigus (12). On incurve le panneau souple, de manière à obtenir une forme cylindrique. On fixe des anneaux d'extrémité et de support (84) au cylindre, de manière à obtenir un classeur sous forme de panier cylindrique.
