Abstract
Procédé de détection d'une séquence nucléotidique au moyen de la fluorescence selon lequel, en présence de la séquence nuléotidique (N) à détecter, une interaction rendue possible par un transfert d'énergie direct ou exempt de rayonnement est produite ou éliminée entre une première molécule (F1) et une seconde molécule (F2). Selon la présente invention, pour éviter les contaminations et améliorer la sensibilité du procédé, au moins l'une des molécules (F1 et F2) est liée à la surface d'une phase solide (M).
