Abstract

Toner de fixation par laminage à chaud pour développer des images à charge électrostatique, qui comprend principalement une résine de liaison, un colorant et un agent de commande de charge, caractérisé en cela que la résine de liaison comprend au moins une résine de polyoléfine à structure cyclique et contient moins de 50 % en poids d'une résine de polyoléfine à structure cyclique, répondant aux conditions suivantes: viscosité intrinsèque >/= 0,25 dl/g et HDT (température de déformation thermique selon DIN53461-B) </= 70 DEG C et présentant un poids moléculaire moyen en nombre de 7500 ou plus et un poids moléculaire moyen en poids de 15000 ou plus tels que déterminés par chromatographie sur gel. Ledit toner possède d'excellentes propriétés de fixation, de transmittance et d'inhibition de la génération de toner usé, et peut donner des images claires et de haute qualité. En outre, ledit toner est utilisable avec des toners magnétiques secs de type à un seul constituant, des toners non magnétiques secs de type à un seul constituant, des toners secs de type à deux constituants et des toners liquides. En particulier, ledit toner présente des effets remarquables lorsqu'il est utilisé comme toner de couleur.
