Abstract

Ajutage servant à injecter un gaz dans un métal en fusion de façon régulière sans provoquer de fuites de gaz depuis sa périphérie et possédant une structure simple et une longue durée de vie, de sorte que des remplacements fréquents ne sont pas nécessaires. Cet ajutage comprend un bloc réfractaire solidaire d'un élément de montage en métal et comporte un perçage de petit diamètre, dans lequel est introduit, de manière à coulisser, un tube métallique de petit diamètre servant à injecter le gaz. Quand l'ajutage et le bloc réfractaire sont usés, on introduit le tube métallique à l'intérieur d'un four et on répare la partie usée en la consolidant avec un matériau de réparation.
