Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé et un appareil d'enduction à filière. Ledit appareil comporte une filière (40) présentant une barre d'amont (64) dotée d'une lèvre d'amont (60), et une barre d'aval (66) dotée d'une lèvre d'aval (62). La lèvre d'aval (60) présente la forme d'un listel (68), et la lèvre d'aval (62) celle d'une pointe (70). Le listel suit les contours de la surface à enduire. La modification d'au moins une des valeurs suivantes, la hauteur H de la fente, le positionnement O du bord de contact ou la convergence C, peut améliorer l'efficacité de l'enduction. Une bande souple amovible (350) peut être utilisée au-dessus de la fente d'enduction pour faciliter le remplacement d'un bord de contact. Un revêtement à faible tension de surface peut être appliqué sur les surfaces de la barre d'aval et du listel.
