Abstract

Dispositif de mise en contact de liquides-solides, comprenant une pluralité de chambres (101) destinées à de la matière particulaire solide, telle qu'une zéolite permettant l'échange d'ions. Les chambres sont montées sur un chariot (102) rotatif, autour d'un axe (A) central. Une vanne (301) cylindrique fixée sur l'axe central, régule l'écoulement de liquide dans les chambres respectives, à mesure que ces dernières tournent à une vitesse constante autour de l'axe central. L'agencement de la vanne commande l'écoulement dans les chambres individuelles et hors de celles-ci, et comprend un cylindre (302) fixe, ainsi qu'un cylindre (303) rotatif. Des tubes (309) de sortie et des tubes (310) d'admission relient les chambres (101) individuellement aux tubes (416, 417) de transmission se trouvant à l'intérieur du cylindre (303) rotatif. Des orifices (307) d'admission et des orifices (308) de sortie sont disposés dans ledit cylindre (302). A mesure que le cylindre (303) rotatif tourne, les orifices (426) sont alignés successivement avec les orifices (307), et les orifices (427) sont alignés avec les orifices (308) afin de permettre l'écoulement de fluides dans les tubes (305, 306).
