Abstract

Dans une application de l'invention, on fournit un objet moulé d'une résine thermoplastique cristalline douée d'une imperméabilité élevée aux gaz, laquelle résine possède des régions cristallines et non cristallines et dans laquelle résine on a utilisé l'effet amplificateur qu'exerce sur l'imperméabilité aux gaz l'orientation dans un même axe et dans un même plan de l'axe du cristal des cristallites desdites régions cristallines et dans laquelle l'orientation des cristallites a été optimisée par des conditions spécifiques. Dans une autre application de l'invention, on fournit un objet moulé de résine thermoplastique cristalline ayant une imperméabilité remarquablement élevée aux gaz par l'utilisation de la synergie, c.-à-d. l'effet amplificateur sur l'imperméabilité aux gaz, qui existe entre l'orientation dans un même axe et dans un même plan des cristallites et la cristallinité desdites régions cristallines, l'objet moulé de la première application de l'invention étant recuit de nouveau pour augmenter la cristallinité des régions cristallines. Les objets moulés de la présente invention ont une excellente imperméabilité aux gaz et ils sont non seulement utiles comme matériaux d'emballage pour le boeuf frigorifié, mais ils sont également utiles pour l'emballage des aliments stérilisés en autoclave, l'emballage sous sachets, les matériaux d'enrobage et de protection pour le jambon et les saucissons, le poisson transformé, les fruits de mer transformés comme la pâte de poisson bouillie, les aliments secs pour saupoudrage, la soupe en poudre, le gâteau de riz desséché, le cari en poudre, les épices, les légumes, les fruits et les produits pharmaceutiques.
