Abstract

The industrial design consists of the shape, configuration and ornamentation of an automobile as shown in the drawings; the most novel and distinctive features of the automobile are the front and rear bumpers and the front and rear combination lamps; the front bumper is generally symmetrical and presents a front surface which merges smoothly through curved corner areas into side surfaces of the front bumper; the front surface presents a lower central open area having generally straight upper and lower edges, upwards and outwards angled straight side edges, and a recessed grill area therein, the upper edge of the front surface presents a pair of spaced-apart outwardly and upwards angled portions situated between each side of an upper grill and the adjacent front combination lamp; the front bumper also presents a pair of spaced apart mirror image large generally trapezoidal recessed lamp areas which extend from adjacent the lower central open area with the recessed grill area therein and into the curved corner areas between the front and side surfaces of the front bumper; each open area presents side surfaces that converge inwards from the outside edges to the front surface of the recessed lamp; the rear bumper is generally symmetrical and presents a pair of mirror image open lamp areas at the lower corners thereof between the front surface and side surfaces of the rear bumper, the open lamp areas present generally straight upper and lower edges and downwards and outwards angled side edges and rounded corner areas; each front combination lamp presents a transparent front surface and a housing portion which extends around the periphery of the transparent front surface, the transparent front surface curves outwards and sharply rearwards; the housing portion presents acutely angled lower left and upper right rounded corner areas, an inner structure is situated behind the transparent surface and presents five aligned generally identical elements; each rear combination lamp presents a curved transparent surface and a housing portion which extends around the periphery of the transparent surface, the transparent surface curves outwards and sharply forwards and presents an acutely angled upper and outer rounded corner area and a smooth curved lower and outer corner area.Representations of the design are shown in the figures wherein:Fig. 1 is a right front perspective view of the design of an automobile;Fig. 2 is a right rear perspective view thereof;Fig. 3 is a front elevation view thereof; Fig. 4 is a rear elevation view thereof;Fig. 5 is a top plan view thereof;Fig. 6 is a right side elevation view thereof; andFig. 7 is a left side elevation view thereof.The stippled lines in the drawings do not form part of the present design.
