Abstract

The said industrial design consists of the shape and configuration of the motorcycle as shown in the drawings; the most novel and distinctive features of the motorcycle are the headlight case, the rear combination lamp case, and the front side fairings; each front side fairing presents an outwardly curved section which merges through an inwardly bend section into a pointed lower section in side view; the forward edge of the fairing presents a scalloped lower forward edge which merges through a straight section and a curved corner into a rearwards and upwards angled upper forward edge; the upperrear edge of the fairing presents a rearwards pointed arrow-like shape and the lower rear edge is angled downwards and forwards to the pointed lower section, the headlight case is symmetrical and presents an outwardly bulging transparent surface in both side and top views; the headlight case also presents a shallow V-like upper edge which merges through upper corner areas having a curved lower edge which in turn merges into inwardly pinched curved side surfaces which merge to lower wedge-like lower corner areas; the headlight case also presents a smoothly curved concave lower edge infront view. the rear combination lamp case is symmetrical and presents a central shield-like section with a pair of wing-like sections on either side thereof each having a transparent front surface; the central shield-like section presents a shape like the front hull of a boat with side surfaces which slope downwards and inwards and meet at an angled leading edge in side view; the central shield-like section also presents a lower section which presents likethe bottom of the hull of a boat; each wing-like sections presents a V-shaped lower edge, a straight upper edge, and an outwardly pointed arrow-like corner area; the transparent front surfaces of the wing-like sections are sloped downwards and rearwards.Representations of the design are shown in the figures wherein:Fig. 1 is a right front perspective view of the design of the motorcycle;Fig. 2 is a left rear perspective view thereof;Fig. 3 is a front elevation view thereof;Fig. 4 is a rear elevation view thereof;Fig. 5 is a top plan view thereof;Fig. 6 is a right side elevation view thereof; andFig. 7 is a left side elevation view thereof.The stippled lines in the drawings do not form part of the design.Diagrams of the design are included.
