Abstract

The industrial design consists of the shape, configuration and ornamentation of a motorcycle as shown in solid lines in the drawings; the most novel and distinctive features of the motorcycle are a right front side fairing for the motorcycle which presents a narrow upper section which widens into a central section with a front nose-like portion and a large generally trapezium-shaped rear open area therein, the open area presents smooth curved corner areas and a forwardly angled prominent rear side surface with a central rib-like member extending across the open area; the open area further presents a grill-like inner surface; the front fairing merges into a rear side frame section which extends downwards and rearwards along the side of the motorcycle and merges into a molded side saddlebag with outwardly curved top and front surfaces and a smooth side surface; the rear side frame section presents a small trapezoidal opening therein with smooth slightly inwardly converging side surfaces.Representations of the design are shown in the figures wherein:Fig. 1 is a right front perspective view of the design of a motorcycle;Fig. 2 is a left front perspective view thereof;Fig. 3 is a right rear perspective view thereof;Fig. 4 is a left rear perspective view thereof;Fig. 5 is a front elevation view thereof;Fig. 6 is a rear elevation view thereof;Fig. 7 is a top plan view thereof; andFig. 8 is a right side elevation view thereof.The stippled lines in the drawings do not form part of the present design.Diagrams of the design are included.
