Abstract

The industrial design consists of the shape, configuration and ornamentation of the motor scooter shown in the photographs; the motor scooter presents a step-through frame formed from an upper front structure, a front leg shield area, a generally symmetrical and generally flat central floorboard with lower side step areas on each side thereof, and a rear structural area with a saddle situated above the rear structural area; the front end of the floorboard and side step areas merge smoothly through a curved area into the front leg shield area which in turn continues smoothly into the lower end of the upwards extending symmetrical upper front structure; the front leg shield area presents a front surface which curves upwards and forwards in side view and is situated on either side and above the rear portion of the front fender which curves forwards and downwards from the front leg shield area; the upper front structure presents a symmetrical front surface which curves forwardly from side to side and also presents a central elongated area thereon with downwardly converging side edges; and a curved lower end; the upper front structure also presents rearwards curved side surfaces; the upper front structure also presents a concave rear surface in side view; the upper front structure merges into a symmetrical forwardly projecting handle bar section which presents a top cover section and a forwards projecting circular headlight area; the handle bar section also presents a pair of wing-like handle cover areas which extend outwards from the top cover section; the saddle is symmetrical and presents a generally elongated shape the front end of which presents sides which taper forwardly to a curved front end in plan view; the front surface of the rear structural area is concave in side view and the side surfaces of the rear structural area present raised areas with angled side surfaces; the upper rear of the rear structural area presents an upwards and rearwards projecting and curved in plan view handle-like element.The stippled lines in the drawings do not form part of the present design.Representations of the design are shown in the figures wherein:Fig. 1 is a right front perspective view of the design of the motor scooter;Fig. 2 is a front view thereof;Fig. 3 is a rear view thereof;Fig. 4 is a right side view thereof;Fig. 5 is a left side view thereof;Fig. 6 is a top plan view thereof; andFig. 7 is a bottom view thereof.Diagrams of the design are included.
