Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif adaptable au cadre d'une fenêtre à guillotine ou à coulisse pour assurer une communication simple, rapide et réversible d'un côte à l'autre de la fenêtre sans avoir à garder celle-ci ouverte, lequel dispositif est du type comprenant un panneau d'obturation destine à être inséré dans le cadre de la fenêtre après que celle-ci ait été partiellement ouverte en vue d'obturer complètement la partie de la fenêtre laissée ouverte. Le panneau comprend des moyens pour ajuster à volonté sa longueur en fonction des dimensions du cadre de la fenêtre et des moyens pour fixer ses extrémités latérales aux côtes du cadre de la fenêtre. Le panneau comprend également une ouverture au milieu de sa surface. Le dispositif est caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre une sortie montée de façon détachable dans l'ouverture du panneau pour assurer la communication désirée d'un côté à l'autre de la fenêtre. Cette sortie comprend un tube cylindrique destiné à être inséré dans l'ouverture du panneau pour assurer la communication désirée, une butée fixée au tube pour retenir celui-ci en position dans l'ouverture en prenant appui sur un des côtés de ladite ouverture, et une bague de fixation vissable à même la surface du tube se trouvant de l'autre côté de l'ouverture du panneau pour bloquer de façon rigide le tube dans l'ouverture. La présente invention concerne un dispositif adaptable au cadre d'une fenêtre à yuillotine ou à coulisse pour assurer une communication simple, rapide et reversible d'un côte à l'autre de la fenêtre sans avoir a garder celle-ci ouverte.
Il arrive souvent que des gens aient besoin d'ef-fectuer des communications de l'interieur vers l'extérieur de leur demeure pour évacuer l'air chaud, humide et poussie-reux d'une sécheuse à linge, pour brancher une tondeuse, un chauffe~moteur ou de petits appareils électriques de brico-lage, pour passer un boyau d'arrosage en vue de laver une auto ou d'arroser un jardin, ou encore simplement pour aérer une pièce~
Généralement, les maisons modernes sont pourvues des dispositifs nécessaires pour effectuer ces tâches, les-quels dispositifs font partie intégrante de la maison.
Cependant, dans des maisons moins récentes et notamment des maisons à logements multiples ou a appartements, il n'est pas rare d'observer l'absence de l'un ou plusieurs de ces dispositifs de communication. Or, devant les coûts importants qui sont exigés par des entrepreneurs en construc-tion pour installer une sortie de sécheuse, une prise exté-rieure de courant électrique, un robinet extérieur ou encore un ventilateur, les propriétaires et en particulier les loca-taires, lesquels n'ont aucun intérêt à investir en des biensnon récuperables lors d'un demenagement, pallient à cette carence en ouvrant simplement une fenêtre de leur demeure ou de leur logis, avec tous les inconvenients et desavantages que cela peut occasionner, notamment lors de la periode esti-vale pour prevenir l'entrée d'insectes tels que des mousti-ques, ou encore lors d'averse, d'orage, de temps froid pendant la période hivernale, etc...

pour assurer une communication simple, rapide et reversible d'un cote a l'autre de la fenêtre sans avoir a garder celle-ci ouverte, lequel dispositif est du type comprenant un panneau d'obturation destine a être insere dans le cadre de la fenêtre apres que celle-ci ait ete partiellement ou-verte en vue d'obturer complètement la partie de la fenêtre laissee ouverte, ledit panneau comprenant des moyens pour ajuster a volonte sa longueur en fonction des dimensions du cadre de la fenêtre et des moyens pour fixer ses extremites latérales aux côtes du cadre de ladite fenêtre, ledit panneau comprenant egalement une ouverture au milieu de sa surface.
Ce dispositif est caracterise en ce qu'il comprend en outre une sortie montee de facon detachable dans l'ouver-ture du panneau pour assurer la communication desirée d'un côte a l'autre de la fenêtre, cette sortie comprenant:
- un tube cylindrique destine a être inseré dans l'ouverture du panneau pour assurer la communication desiree, - une butee fixee au tube pour retenir celui-ci en position dans l'ouverture en prenant appui sur un des côtes de ladite ouverture, et - une bague de fixation vissable a même la surface, de preference la surface exterieure, du tube se trouvant de l'autre côte de l'ouverture du panneau pour bloquer de façon rigide ledit tube dans ladite ouverture.
Avantageusement, le tube cylindrique de la sortie est relie et sert de support a un element choisi dans le groupe constitue par les sorties de secheuse a linge, les sorties electriques exterieures, les grillages de moustiquaire, les ventilateurs a helice, les bouchons d'aeration et les mem-branes de matiere elastique, notamment de caoutchouc, pourvues d'une ouverture centrale.
De preference, la butee et le tube cylindrique ou la butee, le tube cylindrique et l'element sont formes en une seule pièce.

Lorsque la sortie n'est pas utilisee, l'extremite intérieure du tube cylindri~ue peut être fermee au moyen d'un bouchon de fermeture, lequel bouchon est avantageuse-ment visse à même la surface du tube. Alternativement, la sortie pourrait être remplacée par un tube cylindrique du type ci-dessus mentionne, mis a part le fait que une des extremites de ce tube est fermee.
Bien entendu, sans pour autant sortir du cadre de la presente invention, le dispositif peut comporter plus d'une ouverture de façon a pouvoir être simultanement equipe de plusieurs sorties montees de façon detachable.
Avantageusement, une des extremites laterales du panneau est telescopique, cette extremite telescopique cons-tituant lesdits moyens pour ajuster a volonte la longueur dudit panneau. De preference, cette extremite telescopique est pourvue d'un moyen de rappel constitue de preference par trois ressorts à compression, pour amener de façon permanente le panneau fi sa longueur maximale.
Les moyens d'ajustement peuvent egalement être constitues par un panneau supplementaire fixable par une de ses extremites a l'extremite du panneau du dispositif, par engagement desdites extremites entre les branches d'un adapteur. Cet adapteur dont la section transversale a la forme d'un H, possede de preference une longueur egale fi celle des côtes a unir.
De plus, les moyens d'ajustement de la longueur du panneau ou du panneau supplementaire, lorsque ceux-ci sont trop grand par rapport fi l'ouverture de la fenêtre, peuvent consister fi simplement les couper à la longueur sou-haitee, notamment au moyen d'une scie.
Les moyens de fixation laterale du dispositif aucadre de la fenêtre sont avantageusement constitues par une languette prolongeant co-planairement et integralement cha-cune des extremites laterales dudit panneau, l'extremite 1~744~'~

libre de chaque languette etant en outre pourvue d'une rainure, de façon a pouvoir, selon le cas, être accouplee et fixee aux rainures ou rails dont sont pourvus les côtés du cadre.
De préférence, ces moyens de fixation latérale du dispositif consistent en un adapteur fixé a chacllne des extrémités latérales du panneau, chaque adapteur étant pourvu d'une languette dont l'extrémité libre est pourvue d'une rainure de façon a pouvoir, selon le cas, être accou-plee et fixée aux rainures ou rails dont sont pourvus les côtés du cadre de la fenêtre.
Ces adapteurs sont de préférence pourvus, a leur extrémité opposée a celle ou se trouve ladite languette, d'une gorge en forme de U~>. Chaque adapteur est fixé a une extremite laterale du dispositif par engagement dudit côte lateral dans la gorge de l'adapteur. Bien entendu, la distance entre les branches du U~> et l'epaisseur d'un des-dits côtes lateraux sont telles que leur union est possible.
De plus, la fixation peut être effectuee au moyen d'elements de fixation tels que des clous, des vis, etc. ou des subs-tances adhésives telles que des colles.
Lorsque l'extrémite de la languette de l'un de ces moyens pour la fixation laterale du dispositif, a une largeur plus grande que celle de la rainure correspGndante du cadre d'une fenêtre, on peut partiellement inserer, et avantageu-sement fixer, une lame de faible épaisseur dans ]a rainure de ladite languette de fason a co-planairement prolonger celle-ci, ladite lame pouvant ainsi être engagée dans ladite rainure du cadre.
Avantageusement, dans le but d'aligner, si besoin est, les divers adapteurs et la portion télescopique selon l'axe longitudinal du panneau, l'une et/ou l'autre des faces de ce dernier peuvent etre pourvues d'au moins une rainure qui est destinée a être engagee, en coulissant,par un rail correspondant dont sont pourvus lesdits adapteurs et ladite portion télescopique. La ou les rainures peuvent également être pratiquées dans l'une et/ou l'autre des faces du panneau supplémentaire et/ou de l'extrémite de la portion télescopique.
Les materiaux qui peuvent être utilises pour la realisation des divers composants du dispositif de l'inven-tion peuvent être de n'importe quel type approprie. On preferera toutefois les plastiques de type ABS ou plexiglass (marque de commexce).
Pour installer un dispositif selon la presente invention dans une fenêtre a guillotine ou a coulisse, l'on ouvre ladite fenêtre en faisant glisser l'un de ses châssis sur les rails ou dans les rainures prevus a cette fin sur ou dans le cadre de la fenêtre, positionne ledit dispositif dans l'ouverture de la fenêtre, ajuste la longueur du dispo-sitif en actionnant ses moyens d'ajustement de sa longueur, de facon a accoupler ses moyens de fixation lateraux auxdits rails ou rainures du cadre, puis ramène le châssis contre le dispositif pour ainsi obturer la fenêtre d'une façon etanche.
Lors d'une installation a long terme ou permanente du dis-positif, on peut en outre appliquer, a la jonction du dispo-sitif et des composantes de la fenêtre, un materiau de scelle-ment conventionnel dans le but d'accroître l'etancheite de la fenêtre. Ce materiau peut faire partie integrante du dispositif.
Le montage de la sortie dans l'ouverture du panneau est avantageusement effectue avant le positionnement du dis-positif dans l'ouverture de la fenêtre. Ce montage est obtenu par l'insertion du tube cylindrique pourvu d'une butee, dans ladite ouverture jusqu'a ce que ladite butee prenne appui sur l'un des côtés de l'ouverture, et le vissage d'une bague a même la surface, de preference la surface exterieure, du tube se trouvant de l'autre côte de l'ouverture du panneau, pour ainsi bloquer de façon rigide ledit tube dans l'ouverture.

Le démontage de cette sortie s'obtient en effectuant les étapes ci-dessus mentionnées dans le sens inverse.
Lorsque le dispositif est de longueur plus grande que la fenêtre, l'une de ses extremites peut être coupee a la longueur appropriee en utilisant un element de coupage telle qulune scie circulaire, une egoine, etc...
Lorsque le dispositif est de longueur moindre que l'ouverture de la fenêtre, une de ses extremites peut etre fixee a l'extremite d'un ~anneau supplémentaire psr engagement des extremites à unir entre les branches d'un adapteur dont la section transversale a la forme generale d'un ~H. La longueur de ce panneau supplémentaire peut être coupee à la longueur appropriée en utilisant une scie.
Bien entendu, pour determiner la longueur à la-quelle on doit couper le dispositif ou le panneau supplementaire, il faut tenir compte de la longueur d'ajus-tement d'un eventuel moyen d'ajustement telescopique et de la longueur des eventuels adapteurs en H et/ou pour la fixation des cotes lateraux du dispositif au cadre de la fenetre. De plus, lorsque le dispositif comporte un moyen d'ajustement telescopique, c'est de preference à partir du cote du dispo-sitif qui n'est pas equipe d'un tel moyen que l'ajustement de la longueur par coupage ou aboutage s'effectue.
La presente invention sera mieux comprise à la lecture de la description qui va suivre de modes préferes de realisation, faite avec reference aux dessins suivants:

Le dispositif D illustre aux figures 1 a 4 com-porte un panneau principal 1 equipe d'une portion telescopi-que 2 pourvue d'une poignee 2', et un panneau supplementaire 3 fixe a son extremite au moyen d'un adapteur 4 dont la sec-tion transversale est en forme de aH~>. L'adapteur 6 est fixé a une extrémité du disposi-tif aD par engagement sous pression de ladite extrémite dans une gorge 7"' dont il est pourvu.
Optionnellement, lorsque l'extrémité de la lan-guette 7 possede une largeur supérieure à celle de la rainure correspondante du cadre d'une fenêtre, une lame 77 (i]lustrée en pointillés et en vue éclatée à la figure 2~ peut-être partiellement inserée dans la rainure 7" de fason à co-planairement prolonger celle-ci, ladite lame 77 pouvant ainsi être engagée dans ladite rainure du cadre.
Les faces intérieure et extérieure du panneau 1 sont pourvues de coulisses 16 dans chacune desquelles s'en-gage et coulisse une dent 17 faisant partie intégrante de la portion télescopique 2. Le connecteur tubulaire 15 peut en outre être pourvu d'un oeillet 18 dans lequel est noué une ficelle, de façon a pouvoir dissimuler ce tuyau 14 et ce connecteur 15 derriere la sécheuse à linge lorsque cette derni~re n'est pas utilisee. De plus, l'extrémité intérieure du tube 9 peut être fermée au moyen d'un bouchon de fermeture 19 vissé sur la surface extérieure dudit tube 9 (voir la figure 10).
Selon un second mode de réalisation, le tube 9 sup-porte une prise électrique extérieure 25 fixée par des vis 25' à une bo1te 26 qui définit en outre la butée dudit tube cylindrique 9. Cette boite 26 est divisée en aeux par une paroi 27 dans laquelle est fixée une fiche electrique mâle 28.

L'extremite interieure du cylindre 9 est en outre pourvue d'une encoche 32 pour ainsi permettre audit cylindre 9, en laissant passer la rallonge 2g, de pouvoir se tenir verticalement sur le sol et ainsi transformer la rallonge 29 en une rallonge a double prise de courant.
Selon un troisieme mode de realisation, le tube 9 supporte un grillage de moustiquaire 33 et un ventilateur a hélice libre 3~, fixé l'un a côté de l'autre dans une bague g _ 1~74~3 35 faisant partie intégrante de l'extremite du tube cylindrique 9 et definissant la butee dudit tube. Selon un quatrieme mode de realisation, le tube 9 supporte une membrane elastique 39 pourvue d'une ouverture centrale 40, fixee a l'interieur d'une bague 41 faisant partie integrante et définissant la butée dudit tube. connect the outlet pipe 14 of a clothes dryer to the output 11 of the device according to the invention, the portion inside of tube 9 is in the form of a truncated cone (see the dotted lines in Figure 5 ?, and the end of the pipe 14 is fixed to a tubular connector 15, the ex-free hopper in the shape of a truncated cone. The connector 15 is of course intended to be inserted in the conical portion inside the tube 9.
The tubular connector 15 can also be provided with an eyelet 18 in which a string is tied, of so as to be able to conceal this pipe 14 and this connector 15 behind the clothes dryer when the latter is not used. In addition, the inner end of the tube 9 can be closed by means of a closure cap 19 screwed onto the outer surface of said tube 9 (see Figure 10).
According to a second embodiment, the tube 9 sup-carries an external electrical outlet 25 fixed by screws 25 'to a box 26 which further defines the stop of said tube cylindrical 9. This box 26 is divided into two by a wall 27 in which a male electrical plug 28 is fixed.
This plug 28 is intended to be connected to the socket of a conventional electric extension 29 which must have its plug male plugged into an electrical outlet ~ The plug 28 and the double outlet 25 are electrically con-connected to each other by electric wires 30, and this electric circuit includes an earth terminal 31.
The inner end of cylinder 9 is further provided with a notch 32 to thereby allow said cylinder 9, allowing the 2g extension to pass, to be able to hold vertically on the ground and thus transform the extension 29 in an extension with double outlet.
According to a third embodiment, the tube 9 supports mosquito net 33 and a fan has free propeller 3 ~, fixed next to each other in a ring g _ 1 ~ 74 ~ 3 35 integral with the end of the tube cylindrical 9 and defining the stop of said tube. The propeller fan 3 ~ is freely mounted on a support 36 which is itself mounted and fixed transversely in the ring 35 ~ Of course, only the mesh 33 or the ventila-tor 34 could be fixed in the ring 35. Optional-ment, this propeller could be driven by an electric motor.
The inner end of the tube 9 can be provided an air plug 37 (see figure 9) fitted with a door mobile 38 to thus control the amount of air that moves in said tube 9. This cap 37 is screwed on the outer face of the tube 9.
According to a fourth embodiment, the tube 9 supports an elastic membrane 39 provided with an opening central 40, fixed inside a ring 41 forming part integrating and defining the stop of said tube. This open ture 40 can be deformed at will to allow the wise with an extension cord or a garden hose, said opening tightening around the extension or the hose to seal the passage.
When either of the embodiments above mentioned is not used, one can, instead remove device D from the window, screw a cap 19 at the inner end of the tube 9 (see Figure 10).

Claims

The achievements of the invention, about which them an exclusive property right or lien is claimed, are defined as follows.

1. Device adaptable to the window frame guillotine or sliding to ensure communication simple, fast and reversible from coast to coast window without having to keep it open, said provision sitive comprising a closure panel intended to be inserted in the window frame after it has partially opened to completely seal the part of the window left open, said panel taking means to adjust its length at will in depending on the dimensions of the window frame and the means for fixing its lateral ends to the ribs of the frame of said window, said panel further comprising at least one opening in the middle of its surface L
characterized in that it further comprises a mounted outlet detachably in each opening of the panel to ensure the desired communication from coast to coast window, said output comprising:
- a cylindrical tube intended to be inserted in opening the panel for communication desired;
- a stop fixed to the tube to retain the latter in position in the opening by resting on one of the sides of said opening; and - a fixing ring which can be screwed directly onto the surface of the tube on the other side of the opening ture of the panel to rigidly block said tube in the opening.

2. Device according to claim 1, characterized in that the cylindrical tube of the outlet is connected and serves as support for an element chosen from the group made up through the clothes dryer outlets, the electrical outlets outside, screen netting, propeller fans, air plugs and mem-branes of elastic materials provided with an opening central.

3. Device according to claim 2, character-laughed in that the cylindrical tube, the stop and the element are formed in one piece.

4. Device according to claim 2 or 3, charac-terrified in that:
- the cylindrical outlet tube is connected and supports a dryer outlet;
- a portion of the inner surface of the tube defines a truncated cone whose base is directed to opposite of said dryer outlet, so that receive the free end in the shape of a truncated cone a tubular connector attached to the outlet pipe of a clothes dryer; and - the cone trunks of the tube and the connector are of appropriate size to allow their union.

5. Device according to claim 2 or 3, charac-terrified in that:
- the cylindrical outlet tube is connected and serves as a support for an external electrical outlet;
- said outlet has an electrical outlet conventional mounted to one of the walls of a box which is fixed to one end of said tube, - said box is divided in half by one transverse wall; and - a male electrical plug is fixed in said transverse wall and connected by electric wires triques at said socket, said plug being intended for be connected to the female end of a cord conventional electric extension cord.

6. Device according to claim 2 or 3, charac-terized in that the outlet cylindrical tube is connected and serves as a support for a mosquito net, said mesh being fixed at one end of the tube.

7. Device according to claim 2 or 3, charac-terized in that the outlet cylindrical tube is connected and serves as a support for a propeller fan, said fan being fixed and positioned inside the cylindrical tube.

8. Device according to claim 2 or 3, charac-terized in that the outlet cylindrical tube is connected and serves as a support for an air plug, said plug being attached to either end of said cylinder.

9. Device according to claim 2 or 3, charac-terized in that the cylindrical outlet tube is connected and serves as a support for an elastic membrane provided a small central opening, said membrane being attached to the tube, and said central opening of this mem-brane can be deformed at will to allow the passage of a hose or an extension cord.

10. Device according to claim 1, characterized in that one of the side ends of the panel has a telescopic portion, said telescopic portion constituting said means for adjusting at will the length said panel.

11. Device according to claim 10, characterized in that the telescopic portion is provided with a means reminder to permanently hold or bring back the panel to its maximum length.

12. Device according to claim 1, characterized in that the adjustment means are constituted by an additional panel which can be fixed by one of its ends at the end of the device panel, by engagement of said ends between the branches of a “H” shaped adapter.

13. Device according to claim 1, characterized in that the lateral fixing means of the panel are constituted by a tongue extending co-planar and fully each of the ends side of said panel, the free end of each tongue also being provided with a groove, so able to be coupled and fixed to grooves or rails with the sides of a window frame.

14. Device according to claim 1, characterized in that the lateral fixing means of the panel are constituted by an adapter fixed to each side ends of the panel, each adapter being provided with a tongue whose free end has a groove so that it can be coupled and fixed to the grooves or rails with which the sides of a window frame.

15. Device according to claim 13 or 14, ca-characterized in that when the tongue of the fixing means side of the panel has a width greater than that of the corresponding groove in the window frame, a thin blade is partially inserted in the groove of said tongue so as to be co-planar extend the latter and thus be able to engage said frame groove.

16.
