Description
~z~
L ~ presents i ~ Vention co ~ cexn, e U ~ p ~ ocede to make a ~ iaison between one. jon, c and a mature a ~
metallic in a composite isolator and it concerns also a composlte insulator o ~ held by this process ~
We know that a composite insulator includes in particular a rush in synt ~ eti ~ eu material and end fittings Metallic ~ We know ~ t a rod connection mode ~ armature by constraint according to which each reinforcement presents a blind cavity into which an extremity of the rush; we then operate a shrinking of the mature a ~ on the rush. It is understood that such a proce ~ e is di ~ ficile ~
implements when the frame is made of a material particularly hard, for example steel ~ barley.
The object of the present invention is to avoid these disadvantages.
It relates to a method for carrying out a connection between the end of a rod in composite material and a metal fitting in an organic insulator, characterized by the fact that we choose 19 extremity of the cylindrical metal fitting and substantially the same diameter than the end of the rod, which is used , a tube made of a ductile metal, which is introduced by the j ends of this tube respectively the end of the fitting and the end of the rod and that a sleeving of these two ends, The sleeving can be obtained by a process any form, compression or stretching. So, we can use a machine like this used to sleeving cables used for transport of electrical energy; we can also operate by isostatic compression using a sleeve made of rubber; you can also use the magneto-forming.
The tube may include in its paxtie this ~ trale a strengthening ~ ecani ~ eu under fox ~ e of. nerves or B `~: ~
~ '7 ~ L35 metal thicknesses préeXis ~ a ~ tes au.rap ~ or ~ ées.
According to a ~ ode of ~ ealisa ~ on u ~ jo ~ nt is has ~ inside the ~ anchon between the ~ aces in look of the frame and the rod ~ This joint can be a elastomer plug placed in the tube before the opera sleeving; the tube area ~! Ul surrounds it is advantageous ~ ent shrink sux him.
According to another variant, the ~ anointed is a resin injected after the sleeving operation by a hole presented by the tu ~ e and located between the faces of the rod and frame.
! According to another ~ ariante, the tu ~ e can ~
initially obstructed in its central part by a veil or a metal washer. In order not to e ~ o ~ m ~ manage the ring at the time of sleeving we can rev ~ preala- shot its surface of a resin, forming lubricant before its hardening, or a glass veil impregnated with resin, or a talc veil serving as a lubricant, or : similar.
The invention also relates to an insulator organic comprising a rod made of composite material and minus a metal end fitting, characterized by the fact that the end of said metal fitting a sensitive ~ ent the same diameter as one end of said rod, and that a ductile metal tube sleeves grips ~ both said end of the fitting and said end of the rod.
Examples of realization will be described at using the accompanying drawing is illustrative but in no way limiting and in which FIGS. 1 and 2 are two partially cut views of two variants ~
We see in Figure 1 a metal tube 3 ductile which was sleeved on the one hand on a rod 2 in synthetic composite material, and on the other hand on a 35 metal frame ~ ique 1, or metal fitting, for example
