On connaît déjà un dispositif de ce genre comprenant trois parties, à savoir une baguette de protection de la caisse d'un véhicule automobile, de laquelle est issue une pièce de retenue d'un corps d'agrafe, un corps d'agrafe et un harpon. Ce harpon peut être formé d'une âme portant à son extrémité des prolongements élastiques. Le harpon est destiné à être introduit, lors du montage, dans un trou ménagé dans la caisse du véhicule et à s'encliqueter dans la paroi latérale du trou par l'intermédiaire des prolongements élastiques. On souhaite pouvoir démonter sans dommage un dispositif de protection de la caisse du véhicule automobile sur lequel il est monté, de manière à pouvoir le remonter et le réutiliser. A cet effet, on connaît déjà une agrafe en deux parties, constituée d'un corps et d'un harpon.Le corps est maintenu fixe dans la baguette et le harpon est agencé de manière à pouvoir coulisser dans la direction longitudinale de la baguette sur le corps, ce qui permet le démontage après dévissage d'un moyen de vissage de la baguette à la caisse du véhicule automobile, ce moyen de vissage se trouvant à l'une des extrémités de la baguette. En outre, cette possibilité de mouvement relatif du harpon par rapport au corps permet de rattraper les dilatations et les tolérances de fabrication.
