Abstract

The said industrial design consists of the shape, configuration and ornamentation of a wet and dry vacuum cleaner appliance the novel and distinctive features of which are an upper housing portion having a front wall, a rear wall, side walls and a top wall; the upper housing portion has smooth curved corners between the front, rear and side walls; the top wall has a handle-like portion situated in a recessed area therein, the recessed area closely following the configuration of the handle-like portion; the handle-like portion has a top surface with bevelled longitudinal edges and a series of equally spaced-apart generally identical recesses therein, each recessed area having a flat bottom surface and bevelled sides; the top wall of the upper housing portion has a bevelled area adjacent the front wall, the bevelled area having bevelled end surfaces with upwardly converging side edges; the left portion of the bevelled area has a series of generally identical and parallel elongated rectangular areas thereon; the bevelled left end surface of the bevelled area has a series of elongated trapezoidal areas having angled side edges which follow the contour of the side edges of the bevelled left end surface; the side walls have generally identical depressions that extend the height of the walls, each depression having a flat bottom surface and slightly upwardly and inwardly diverging sides which are situated generally at right angles to the bottom surface; the right front curved corner of the upper housing portion has a series of generally parallel depressions each having straight and parallel upper and lower edges and rounded ends; the lower edges of the front and rear walls have generally identical recessed areas each having a clamp-like portion therein; the clamp-like portions have curved upper and lower ends and elongated generally identical and parallel rectangular areas extending along the front surfaces thereof; the rear wall has a series of generally identical and equally spaced-apart vertically extending aligned trapezoidal areas with slightly downwardly diverging side edges in elevation view situated below the top surface of the handle-like portion.The portions of the article shown in stippled lines form no part of the design.Representations of the design are shown in the figures wherein:Fig. 1 is a right front perspective view from above of the design of the wet and dry vacuum cleaner appliance; Fig. 2 is a front elevation view thereof; Fig. 3 is a rear elevation view thereof;Fig. 4 is a left side elevation view thereof; Fig. 5 is a right side elevation view thereof;Fig. 6 is a top plan view thereof; andFig. 7 is a bottom view thereof.Diagrams of the design are included.
