Abstract

MÉTODO PARA ESTIMAR A VISCOSIDADE A presente invenção refere-se a um método para estimar a viscosidade de um liquido em uma sonda de aspiração ou liberação que inclui: medir uma pressão de referência que consiste na pressão dentro de uma ponta de medição quando não está ocorrendo qualquer liberação ou aspiração (Pref); liberar ou aspirar um líquido com um volume de ar entre o líquido e o mecanismo de bombeamento da sonda; interromper a aspiração ou dispensação; medir a pressão (Pparada) dentro da ponta, em um tempo (t) no qual a aspiração ou liberação está interrompida medir a pressão (Ppara) dentro da ponta, em um tempo (t') após t; e estimar a viscosidade como uma função de Pref, Pparada, e Ppam. Em uma modalidade preferencial, o método é realizado em um analisador diagnóstico.
