Abstract
FORMULAÇÃO PESTICIDA E MÉTODOS DE SINTETIZAR MICROCÁPSULA E PARA CONTROLAR UMA POPULAÇÃO DE INSETOS. A presente invenção refere-se a várias formulações inseticida microencapsuladas para o controle de pragas, tais como afídios e lagarta de beterraba. Estas formulações exibem excelente atividade knockdown tanto para pragas que mastigam como para as que não mastigam como valores de LD50 para a toxicidade em ratos fêmea na faixa de cerca de 2.500 mgkKg- 1. Algumas destas formulações incluem uma parede compreendida de um polímero formado, por exemplo, por uma policondensação interfacial de um monômero solúvel em água e um monômero insolúvel em água, que pelo menos parcialmente envolve um inseticida à base de organofosfato. Em alguns aspectos, o organofosfato na microcápsula é clorpirifos. A microcápsula tem um diâmetro na faixa de cerca de 2 a cerca de 25 miícrons e a parede tem uma espessura na faixa de cerca de 5 a cerca de 25 nanômetros.
