Abstract

MÉTODOS DE FORMAÇÃO DE PRÉ-FORMA TECIDA E PRÉ-FORMAS TECIDAS. Pré-formas Tecidas e Respectivos Métodos de Formação Uma pré-forma tecida (200) para um material compósito reforçado, que pode ser tecido plano e dobbrado no formato. A pré-forma tem uma arquitetura e tecitura tridimensional com fibras de trama (214) tecidas para proporcionar intertravamento camada a camada de camadas de fibras de urdidura (216) assim como também intertravamento de fibras dentro de cada camada. Uma ou mais pernas (225, 235) estendem-se a partir de uma base (220), tendo a base (220) e as pernas (225, 235) cada uma pelo menos duas camadas de fibras de urdidura (216). As pernas deslocam-se ao longo de uma onda sinusoidas na direção de urdidura e/ou trama e podem ser paralelas ou anguladas umas com as outras. As extremidades exteriores da base e/ou as pernas têm de preferência afunilamentos formados a partir de camadas terminais de fibras de urdidura num padrão em degrau.
