Abstract
PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAÇÃO DE ISOBUTENO POR DISSOCIAÇÃO DE MISTURAS CONTENDO MTBE. A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para preparação de isobuteno, a partir de misturas contendo MTBE, que abrange as seguintes etapas a) dissociação, em um reator R, de uma mistura obtida de um material (1a) empregado contendo MTBE e/ou um fluxo (13, 5) contendo MTBE, que origina um fluxo (6) de produtos de reação, que consiste em isobuteno, metanol, MTBE assim como subprodutos, sendo que estes consistem em a1) compostos com ponto de ebulição alto, com uma faixa de ebulição acima de 55°C a uma pressão de 0,1 MPa; a2) compostos com ponto de ebulição médio, com uma faixa de ebulição de 12 até 55°C a uma pressão de 0,1 MPa; e a3) compostos com ponto de ebulição baixo, com uma faixa de ebulição abaixo de 12°C a uma pressão de 0,1 MPa; b) separação por destilação do fluxo (6) em um fluxo (7), o qual contém o isobuteno e compostos de ponto de ebulição baixo, e um fluxo (8), o qual contém MTBE, metanol, e compostos de pontos de ebulição médio e alto; c) separação por destilação do fluxo (8) com manutenção de um fluxo (10, 12) contendo MTBE e um fluxo (9, 11) de compostos de ponto de ebulição alto contendo metanol; d) recirculação de um fluxo (10, 12, 13) contendo MTBE na etapa a) do processo, sendo que a separação total ou parcial dos compostos de ponto de ebulição médio ocorre antes da etapa d) a partir dos fluxos ricos em compostos de ponto de fusão médio (10, 12).
