Abstract

processo para a produção de melamina de alta qualidade a partir de uréia a invenção se refere a um processo para a conversão em fase líquida e alta pressão de uréia em melamina, onde uréia derretida é alimentada a uma zona de reação primária (si) na qual melamina é fundida sob agitação mecânica, e uma entrada de calor (q1) é fornecida para manter a reação endotérmica, e o líquido é então enviado a uma zona de reação secundária (s2) mantida a uma temperatura baixa e onde é utilizada mais agitação. também são apresentados exemplos de plantas adaptadas para a execução do processo, incluindo múltiplos reatores agitados em cascata e um reator isolado com múltiplos compartimentos internos que definem as referidas zonas de reação primária e secundária.
