Abstract
PROCESSO DE CALCINAÇÃO COM BAIXO TEOR DE FIBRA PARA PRODUÇÃO DE UM PAINEL DE FIBRA DE GESSO. Um método economizador de energia para a produção de uma placa de fibra de celulose/gesso compreendendo a adição de uma primeira parte de fibra de celulose ao gesso antes da fibra de celulose e do gesso serem co-calcinados em um reator, a adição de uma segunda parte de fibra de celulose à suspensão após sair do reator para formar uma segunda suspensão, a deposição da suspensão para formar um tapete, desidratar o tapete, reidratar o tapete e, em seguida, finalizar o tapete para formar uma placa de fibra de celulose/gesso final. Pode ser obtida uma redução até cerca de 40% a 50% de energia de vaporização usada quando a segunda parte da fibra de celulose adicionada for 50% ou mais da fibra de celulose total usada na placa final em comparação com a placa de celulose/gesso feita com os mesmos ingredientes, mas em que toda fibra é adicionada ao gesso antes do reator.
