Abstract
Un metodo para obtener un material de construccion para mamposteria con matriz de celulosa caracterizado porque comprende los siguientes pasos: Trituracion de pulpa de papel (celulosa) hasta obtener un tamano de particulas que pase la malla #04 (4.75mm de abertura). Mezclar los siguientes componentes en peso hasta obtener una mezcla uniforme: 58- 62% de pulpa de papel (celulosa) previamente triturada, 10-14% de cal, 10-14% de cemento y 13- 17% de agua. Secar el producto de la mezcla anterior hasta eliminar la humedad, ya sea al horno, o a la intemperie para obtener agregado artificial a base de pulpa de papel (celulosa). Tamizar el agregado artificial a base de pulpa de papel (celulosa) hasta obtener un modulo de finura entre 4.34 -4.54 distribuidos de la siguiente forma: 100% pasante la malla 1/2" (12.5mm de abertura), 95- 100% pasante la malla 3/8" (9.5mm de abertura), 60-82% pasante la malla N" 4 (4.75 mm de abertura), 16-30% pasante la malla N° 10 (2.0 mm de abertura), 13-19% pasante la malla 40 (0.425mm de abertura) y 11-17% pasante la malla N° 200 (0.075mm de abertura). Mezclar los siguientes componentes en peso hasta obtener una pasta uniforme: 53-57% de agregado artificial a base de pulpa de papel (celulosa) previamente tamizado en el paso anterior, 12-16% de cemento, 12-16% de cal, 8-14% de agua y 4.5-6.5% de yeso. Compactacion de la pasta en moldes, mediante apisonado en capas y percusion lateral. Secado del ladrillo o bloque moldeado a la intemperie durante 28 dias, manteniendo el contenido de humedad constante los primeros 7 dias mediante curado.
