Abstract
MISTURA HIDROCOLOIDAL PARA TEXTURA INOVADORA. A presente invenção refere-se uma mistura hidrocoloidal que exibe uma textura inovadora em composições. A mistura consiste essencialmente em um amido ceroso que foi enzimaticamente desramif içado e em um amido com baixo teor de amilose que foi estabilizado e inibido em uma razão de 0,8:1 a 8:1.
