Abstract

processamento térmico por calor indireto de material particulado. trata-se de um método e aparelho para processamento térmico por calor indireto de material, tal como um secador ou evaporador para tra- tamento de material particulado. em uma modalidade, o secador para secagem de material particulado compreende uma pluralidade de placas de transferência de calor disposta em relacionamento espaçado para que o flu-xo do material seja seco entre as mesmas. cada placa de transferência de calor é proporcionada com uma entrada e uma saída para o fluxo do fluido de aquecimento através das placas. um sistema de distribuição de fluido de purga proporciona um fluxo de fluido de purga, tal como ar, gás ou vapor entre as placas em uma direção ao longo da direção de fluxo do material a ser seco. o sistema de distribuição de fluido de purga proporciona uma traje- tória de fluxo para o fluido de purga que é isolada do fluxo do fluido de aque- cimento através das placas. também se proporciona um método para o pro- cessamento por calor indireto do material particulado.
