Abstract

SISTEMA E MéTODO FLEXìVEIS DE DETECçãO DE VAZAMENTO PARA MANGUEIRA DE CARCAçA DUPLA Um sistema de detecção de vazamento de fluido é montado em um segmento de linha de mangueira do tipo que compreende pelo menos uma carcaça interna e uma carcaça externa de contenção separada da carcaça interna por um espaço de coleta, O sistema inclui um alojamento definido por paredes laterais externamente montáveis no segmento de linha de mangueira e tendo uma câmara interna de alojamento em comunicação fluida com o espaço de coleta. Um invólucro do sistema sensor é montado através de uma parede lateral de alojamento de sensor e uma pluralidade de unidades de sensor configuradas de maneira alternativa é provida, cada qual se acoplando de forma intercambiável com o invólucro de sensor. As unidades de sensor detectam a presença de fluido dentro do alojamento de sensor e comunica a condição de fluido da câmara para uma avaliação remota.
