Abstract

SISTEMA SENSOR DE DETECçãO DE VAZAMENTO E MéTODO PARA MANGUEIRA DE CARCAçA DUPLA Um sistema de detecção de vazamento de fluido é montado em um segmento de linha de mangueira do tipo que compreende pelo menos uma carcaça interna e uma carcaça de contenção externa separada da carcaça interna por um espaço de coleta. O sistema inclui uma carcaça definida por paredes laterais montável externamente no segmento de linha de mangueira e que tem uma câmara interna de carcaça em comunicação fluida com o espaço de coleta. Um revestimento de sensor do sistema é montado através da parede lateral da carcaça, o revestimento de sensor tendo um furo axial e uma parte de revestimento externo do sensor posicionada fora da carcaça do sensor e uma parte de revestimento interna do sensor posicionada no interior da carcaça do sensor. O revestimento do sensor inclui um conjunto de válvula que se abre e se fecha em resposta aos respectivos acoplamento e desacoplamento de um conjunto de sensor com a/da parte de revestimento externa do sensor. Uma primeira unidade de vedação do conjunto de válvula se abre a uma ou acima de uma pressão de limite pré-fixada e se fecha a uma pressão abaixo da pressão de limite pré-fixada. Um segundo conjunto de válvula é posicionado internamente dentro do furo axial e se abre em resposta ao contato de acoplamento entre o conjunto de sensor e a parte de revestimento externo do sensor e se fecha em resposta ao desengate do conjunto de sensor da parte de revestimento externo do sensor. Uma mola de propensão inclina as primeira e segunda unidades de vedação até as respectivas posições de fechamento.
